Worst bank I've ever had. Checks get held way longer than told. Was told next day when I was there depositing it. Was held for 2 weeks. Why can't I access my money?

I went to this branch without an appointment and was greeted by Giselle at the reception. She explained that without an appointment I would be included among those scheduled and could take up to 2 hours - in fact it wasn't all that long and she was the one who attended to me later. She was very attentive and proactive throughout her service - Giselle, keep up the good work!
I saw here some reviews mentioning the waiting time for service - my advice, schedule an appointment through the BofA website, whether you are an enrolled customer or not.

Absolutely the worst experience from a BOA EVER. I had a large cashiers check I needed to deposit and she denied me. The branch manager from the bank the check was written off of called the branch manager from this BOA and she hung up on him. I am escalating this to her boss as her laziness delayed my business account from receiving necessary funds.

Came in for a deposit. It was a good reminder why i stop banking with BOA. You are a number here. Depending on their mood (not just in this branch) they will do their job, or refer you to someone else, waisting your time. Keep that in mind before you open an account.

Lobby was clean and comfortable, but despite it saying “lobby service only” they won’t actually provide even basic service in the lobby. I needed to show my ID so my mother could complete paperwork at another branch, and that branch asked me to come here to do so. Unfortunately this branch wouldn’t see me as a walk-in and didn’t have any more appointments available today—this despite there being two bankers there telling me this and not helping customers. My mom decided to move her money to another bank that could actually meet her needs.

The front desk is terrible and to solve any issue you have to do an appointment for 3 days or more or wait 2 hours! They need more people.

Worst customer service ever! They move at the paces of snails and if you don’t speak Spanish then forget it! You will be snubbed as you wait endlessly for up to an hours just to cash a check or make a deposit! They do not provide good service and should be shut down for terrible service! I hate going to this bank! Bad! Bad!Bad!Slow!Slow!Slow!!!
