I had a consultation with Jorge regarding my BOFA business account, and he was extremely helpful with helping set up a signature account. He quickly took care of my banking and issue, and provided information to reach him in case i ran into any additional issues.

E. Colonial Drive location outside of Fashion Square Mall doesn't help when you've got arm and hand health problems! Sam was 1 of 2 workers there that actually felt like a humanitarian and took the big safety deposit box out and placed it so that I could get items out. A rude young female said they weren't allowed to cuz it's their "policy" to not lift or touch or even move the box. Uncaring when I had no1 with me cuz I can't always bring some1 to help! Obviously as we get older we have problems but instead of being nice, accommodating , or sympathetic I was met with selfishness, lack of sympathy, and rudeness @ I've spread the word to all I come across with to let em know not to pick B of A foe banking. I'm gonna get a canned reply saying to call a certain person or department or to call # but that won't help so I won't waste my precious time! Change your policy and maybe word of mouth won't get around. Be understanding to our health, etc. This location is hurting for more customers!

Worst experience ever!! They gave my grandmother a hard time withdrawing money from her account. Even after I showed them the invoice for the work being done on the house and explained it, he continued to question us about the withdrawal. Even the type of questions he asked were out of line!

Friendly helpful people once you're inside.Sadly, not a single employee. Was interested to correct the location on Google maps. The back of the location looks like the front with the exception of one sign with relatively small letters that says exit only. I explained how easy it would be to tape some paper to the back of that glass so that the black letters stood out and you could actually see it instead of having handicap person push their roller around the building to get to the actual front door. But it's not their job to make it easy for people to see the sign. And it's not their job to fix the Google maps location. So why is it the public's job to help them figure this stuff out? Financial people should be able to think outside the box and make their workplace a little more helpful to the customer. So when people walk in the door they're not angry that the bank isn't where Google maps says it is and they've entered the wrong side of the building.Why not start with a Happy customer?If Google had maps has not fixed the location yet, notice the Aldi supermarket is directly across the street from the Bank of America. And the entrance is on the east side of the building. Cheers

This Bank of America DOES NOT EXSIST. Do not waste your time coming here. I don’t know why it’s still listed on Google Long Horn Steak house took over it.

Had really great experience here. The manager lady (pardon me i couldn't get her name) and the kind lady Kinsley Ziesman provided me guidance and helped me setup ny account and online app. Would love to visit again.

What a horrible experience. Went here to deposit a check for a friend. Disorganized mess. Lady walking around asking if she could help anyone deposit checks and she screws that up. Then I am told the teller needs authorization to accept the deposit as it is over her limit. What? Have never had issues depositing checks at any other banks in the past. What a mess this place is.

One teller!! No drive up teller. Line 8 people deep with 1 teller. No respect for customer's time. Gave up after 20 minutes with minimal movement. There need to be a queue for simple issues. Update your arms to dispense small bills. Shouldn't take an hour to get some small bills for a garage sale.

Well, seems like a pattern has developed here in the reviews, terrible customer service!!!! Website policy clearly identifies two types of ID's that are accepted to prove identity. Refuse to service a disabled person, stating that person does not have proper ID. State ID and second form of approved Id is not good enough? Check from a government agency to deposit is not good enough. These people are nuts, no wonder the review...
