I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at the Bank of America agency located at 4725 S Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32811. On Friday, October 27, 2023, I visited the agency and was greeted by Andrew to inquire about the availability of speaking with Carla, whom I needed to discuss a banking matter with. Andrew informed me that I would need to wait for approximately one hour to receive the service. Understanding the situation, I patiently waited for my turn. To my surprise, a random lady entered the agency shortly after and immediately approached Carla without any apparent obligation or appointment. They engaged in a conversation that lasted for a significant 30 minutes. This left me feeling perplexed and ignored, as I had been waiting patiently for my turn. It was disheartening to see that my time was not valued and that others were given priority without any valid reason. After the conversation concluded, I approached Carla to inquire why she had not attended to me as promised. Her response was both unprofessional and disheartening. She stated that she was too busy and would help whoever she wanted, disregarding the fact that I had been waiting patiently for my turn. This not only wasted my time but also made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and outraged by the lack of professionalism displayed by Carla. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to your agency. It is disheartening to see that the agency has already garnered a negative reputation online with bad reviews and one-star ratings. It is crucial for your agency to uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. Customers should be treated with fairness and their time should be valued.

manager looked me up and down and asked me if i really had a business account. this is the worst bank i've ever been to. hour long lines and bitchy fucking staff. i'm writing this as i enter minute 52 of waiting in line to speak to someone. this is the third time i've been here in the past two weeks because they ducked up sending me a debit card. honestly i would close this location it's too far gone. other people around me are complaining but the staff ignores them. there was a man in the building screaming last time i was here because he waited 2 hours. i would avoid this place.

Se entiende la problemática del COVID y el alto volumen de cliente en las oficinas del Banco, pero la MALA ATENCIÓN y grosería por parte de una empleada para su clientes eso no se entiende. Ya que la empleada GÉNESIS quien recibe al cliente al entrar a la oficina fue bastante descortés y nunca buscó una solución a mi caso e incluso ni me quiso escuchar prácticamente. Gracias a ella decidí dejar de ser cliente de ese banco.

Brought in 2 very heavy jugs of coins to cash in ,after getting in line a security guard ask if I had a account with this bank I told him it was none of his business but yes I did I was then told they don't take loose coins even tho they have a coin sorting machine Very bad customer service

Literally longest wait time showed up around 11:20. Guy asked what I needed and said to go to a teller. Waited 40 min just to be told I need to schedule a visit with a banker that had another 45 minute wait time. Help your employees out.

Try another branch because this one is just a waist of time! Spent from 9:30am until 3:45pm waiting on a Saturday to see a teller. No respect for costumers at all! Go to the Dr Phillips location way more professional!

This branch is terrible. This time there are three employees standing around doing nothing while there is a line of 20 plus people. One employee is sitting in line talking about going on a date with a customer. Shot! Choose a different branch.

The worst bank ever tried to cash my check on Friday the teller who was lazy told me to put into ATM then the machine put a hold on it Because y'all were lazy now I can't eat for a week

Not sure where to begin... Poor service. Unhappy teller staff. Poorly managed. Bad layout for forms needed to conduct business. This place has a highly unpleasant customer base. I'm not sure which is worse West Colonial or here... it's a tie... Better to use the drive through here. I guess I understand it. If I had to deal with the people at this location all day, I'd have a bad attitude also. If you are desperate than be careful. There is no outside security. If you can drive to a better location than do so...
