What a GREAT company. We rented a van for my family 11 people. I got it towed by mistake...8 mins over. They helped me like I was family!! I would give them 2000 stars if I could as it was 9:30pm on a friday. The van was perfect and the customer service second to NONE. Will use again and recommend 100%

Wow!!! This place ROCKS!! We rented a large van for an overnight in Miami. Our son's band and equipment fit perfectly! The ride was very smooth and the van was easy to drive.

Recently picked up a van there for a family vacation. Location was a little difficult to find but once there. The guys were friendly and had excellent customer service. The condition of the van was great and drove smooth. First time using them for a van rental and will definitely do it again.

I used this company in April and OMG!!!The nicest easiest company ever and our vans were beautiful, the process was amazing and I feel at ease now with future rentals!!! I am renting 5 vans for a trip In February and I now know I wouldn’t use anybody but this Company!Thank you

They charged me for an extra day and accused me of parking the van next to similiar looking vans without any evidence that it was in the wrong location to begin with. I had to seek legal counsel as a protective measure since I did not receive the invoice for going through some tolls and a parking citation. Mr. Holland had a chance to resolve this issue but resorted to abdicating responsibility of and continued to place blame on me as the consumer without concrete evidence for something I did not do. Bandango also has a corporate policy that states that personal debit cards would not be accepted as an acceptable form of payment, yet they accepted a personal debit card.This is a poorly managed rental company. Stick with Enterprise or Avis or somebody else who knows what they're doing.
