Utilized this service while at Disney for 4 days. It was perfect. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. Will be utilizing again next time we are in the area. Will also be telling others about this wonderful company who plan on using a stroller at the different parks.

We love this company! We have used them for the past 7 years, sometimes twice a year. Customer service is excellent, the strollers are easy to use, and the equipment is well maintained. We highly recommend using them!

Baby wheels orlando makes renting so easy! They text me the exact location to meet for pickup and walked me through how to use the stroller. The sit n stand tandem stroller worked perfect in Disney for my 7 year old and 3 year old. Easy to get on the skyliner and monorail. Had to fold for the bus but it wasn't difficult. They also make drop off super easy! Stress free! Love it and will definitely use them again!

We have only reserved our strollers but so far the scheduling and communication has been great. We will use our rental in September.

Excellent! Our stroller had lots of room, a cover, and service was great. Price was reasonable for our double stroller, and there was easy communication with the rental company. Will definitely use them again in the future!

After searching many companies I chose Baby Wheels Orlando and I’m glad I did. It was very affordable. We received a great stroller that included a rain cover and a parent organizer(items that the other companies charge extra for). Communication was great. We stayed at an Airbnb and upon landing received at text with a photo of our stroller delivered to the porch. The stroller even came with a brightly colored sign with our last name so that it could be easily located in the sea of strollers at the Disney park. The stroller was clean and comfortable. My daughter was able to take several naps throughout the day. Pick up was just as easy. Left it outside, took a picture and company confirmed they were sending a driver to pick up right away. I will definitely use this company again for our next Disney trip.

I have been renting strollers from Baby Wheels for almost a decade and I’ve never had a negative experience. I am also a travel agent and I book all my clients who need a stroller with baby wheels and they all have had great experiences. Their stroller are nice, in good repair, and in clean and working order. The staff are polite and professional. The deliveries are on time and the communication is top notch. I cannot imagine renting from anyone else.

Baby Wheels was professional, they were on time and the stroller was clean. They made sure we knew how to use it (because folding these things up can be tricky!). Plus they accommodated us when this became a last minute impromptu trip. We have used 3 other stroller companies for our Disney and Universal trips and Baby Wheels is our favorite!

Great company. So easy and painless. Stroller was at hotel before we even arrived. Steven was in contact and available with any questions. Perfectly on time for pick up at hotel. Stroller worked perfectly and kids were happy. A+ experience with this company.

We had a few issues using this company and had many back and forth phone calls with the owner but it worked out in the end. The stroller we received was definitely dated and dirty but it served it's purpose while we were at Disney. The owner was prompt in returning my phone calls and updating me on what was going on with our rental. The prices were better than some of the other rentals in the area and we would consider using them again for future rentals.Edit to add after owner replying- we were not earlier than expected. After I spoke to you, you told me he would have the stroller there by 3pm. We arrived at our hotel after 6pm and it wasn't there. The stroller was dirty, having two kids and going through many strollers, I know what dirty is. We were on vacation, there shouldn't be any reason why I would have had to contact this business for a third time when strollers should be inspected before delivery.
