This was my first time purchasing a car. Amar made it an easy and enjoyable experience. His patience and kindness made me feel comfortable to go at my own pace. Francis the finance manager was also very helpful and kind. Both are the reason I would recommend this place to anyone I know looking to buy a car.

The employees were all great. Jalil and Lawrence were the ones working with us and they didn't try to pressure us, they didn't try to just push a random car on us, they wanted us to choose what we liked most. And they gave us all the info we needed. Overall very great company, they worked everything out for us even though I thought it'd be impossible for us to leave with a car. But Lawrence reassured us that we wouldn't leave without a car and we didn't!

It’s taken me quite some time to get this review posted but that does not discredit my experience at this car dealership. I have had some of the worst experiences buying vehicles from dealerships in the past, but I am pleased to say that Avis car sales dealer was not one of them. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata limited and it is in amazing condition. Keegan was the gentleman who had helped my husband and I test drive a few cars and look at prices. He genuinely listened to my concerns and was very kind and helpful. He was attentive and also did not try to push me into buying any vehicle. My experiences with car salesman have always been that they are extremely pushy and most of them don’t know how to take no for an answer. It seemed as though Keegan genuinely just wanted us to get the car that we wanted when we wanted it, even if I was not ready to purchase that day. Lawrence was the manager that got me approved for my loan and talked numbers with me. He was very educated and very personable which we appreciated during the experience. He was able to get me approved for one of the lowest interest rate loans I have ever had in my life. Aside from the positive car buying experience, the day after I had purchased my vehicle, I had brought it to my mechanic for a new car check over. He had found very minor things some of which included two new tires in the front of the vehicle alongside new brakes and that my license plate lights were missing. When I had brought back my concerns of the vehicles maintenance needs to Avis Keegan, Lawrence, and Eric, the manager there, not only listened to my concerns but also covered the cost of the maintenance and took that responsibility upon themselves. Even more so to my surprise, gave me a rental car to use for the week while my car was going to be getting maintenance done. That was without me even having to ask. I was not only surprised but very grateful for the amount of help and genuine concern they had for our satisfaction in buying this vehicle from them. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done and will definitely be returning there for my next vehicle in the future!

Had a very good experience purchasing a car from Avis no pressure sales or gimmicks . I was helped by Jalil and Jose they were very helpful and knowledgeable and guided me all the way thru the process. I hate dealing with car salesman that's why I tried Avis and am very happy I did. I was never pressed by anyone ,they would answer my questions and let me decide what I wanted to do.
