I visited this AutoZone during a rainy weekend, concerned about my Toyota's battery after a dealership warning. Aeron, an employee at AutoZone, was a beacon of professionalism and honesty. Braving the rain, he thoroughly tested the battery, engaging with my young son throughout the process. To my relief, he confirmed the battery was still in good shape, demonstrating remarkable integrity by not pushing for an unnecessary sale.Aeron's exceptional customer service, coupled with his genuine care and educational approach towards my son, turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. His honesty and expertise not only saved me from an unwarranted expense but also instilled a sense of trust and respect for AutoZone.

Check your bags and receipts. They are instructed to add small items such as brake glide packets, charge for it, throw it in the box of brake pads without telling you. I had this happen before and I caught it. I asked the kid he said "yeah sorry our manager says we have to do that". I sent an email to corporate to ask about that sneaky low-integrity practice and got a call from their regional manager. He said it wasn't true but also tried to quick-talk past that part of the discussion. He offered 20% next time I went back. I went back. Not only did they not honor the 20% they tried the brake grease packet garbage AGAIN. Not only did they try, when I laughed and explained I bought a jar of it and it last me for a couple years He still tried to upsell this $1.99 packet of grease. I said "ok be honest with me" He again repeated that they are told to upsell these. He did say however that he shouldn't have tried to sneak it in but knows some guys do it to avoid the hassle. Very honest conversation. I asked if it comes from management. He confirmed it does. The employee that I've talked to there for awhile walked by. I asked him. He also confirmed its a requirement. All of that to say ; why not just ask "do you need this". Not just ring it up. For their regional manager to claim it shouldn't happen. Then offer 20% off and not allow it next visit as agreed upon. Shady.Needless to say I have shopped at oreillys next door the past 10 or 15 trips over the past few months.

Aeron at the AutoZone on 17026 Old Cheney Highway in Orlando (east Orange County) is the best! I had a check engine light and rough idling, and went to AutoZone to get a few things to see if they would help solve my problem. Aeron came up to me, asked if I needed help and then asked what was going on with my vehicle. I explained and without hesitation Aeron jumped in to help. He advised on specific issues that could be going on, one of which being the potential for the throttle body in my vehicle needing to be cleaned. Aeron helped me get to the throttle body on my vehicle and confirmed it needed to be cleaned. Aeron recommended different throttle body cleaning sprays and after I purchased one, he advised on how to properly clean and actually helped me clean the throttle body. Aeron helped me through the entire process including making sure everything was put back together correctly. Aeron cleared the check engine light codes and recommended my next steps once I left. Aeron knows and loves cars, and helping others comes natural to him. Aeron was extremely helpful and started me down the path of resolving my vehicle’s issues. I can’t thank Aeron enough for taking the time to help me, including actually helping me work on my vehicle while he maintained his responsibilities with the store. Aeron’s customer service was outstanding and his help was very much appreciated. I definitely will be coming back to the AutoZone on 17026 Old Cheney Highway and seeking out Aeron for his advise the next time I need help with my vehicle!

Great experience.I went there to check the car's electrical system.Alternator & Battery.Because my battery died abnormally.Results: bad battery.They replaced the battery.Then, they found out that the positive terminal needed to be replaced.The terminal was hollow. I couldn't believe I missed this.I am sure this must have caused some kind of electrical problems in the past.And yes, they replaced the terminal. It took some time, buttheir patience and creativity solved the problem.Now, I also have a new terminal.I came into Autozone for a check-up on the electrical system.I got excellent customer service and a worry free experience.Thank you for the peace of mind,I will be back.
