The location is okay and the staff as well however, an employee called Fidel C was terrifying and incredibly rude and definitely doesn’t like what he does. I feel like if you’re not happy at the place you work for, just quit. It would make everybody’s life better. Was never been treated so freaking bad in my entire life, traumatizing experience.

Jarnel was outstanding with his service and demeanor! Originally I went to the location in Winter Garden, purchased a new gas cap, and the check engine light was still on 3 days later. Went to the Central Florida Parkway location and wow! Jarnel went above and beyond. Thank you!

They sell used batteries as if new. I’ve had to return 2 batteries within 6 months, because the batteries were used. They were sold to me as new.

Last Tuesday afternoon, I found myself in need of a new set of windshield wipers for my trusty old sedan. AutoZone Auto Parts came to the rescue! I walked into their store, greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist. Despite the busy rush, they took the time to listen to my needs and recommended the perfect wipers for my vehicle. What impressed me the most was their vast selection of auto parts neatly organized on the shelves, making it easy for customers to find what they're looking for. The store was clean and well-maintained, reflecting a sense of professionalism. The checkout process was swift, and I was out the door in no time, armed with high-quality wipers at a reasonable price. While I did have to wait a bit for assistance due to the crowd, the excellent service and product quality made it worth the wait. AutoZone Auto Parts certainly lived up to its reputation as a reliable auto parts supplier. I'll definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs.

I had to get their attention they were enjoying goofy time and I interrupted. A young man came out checked the battery, told us that the batteries was good and went back into the store. He asked nothing else.
