I went to the auto zone on 6587 Old Winter Garden Rd Orlando Fl this young man was so helpful and knew his product knowledge about the parts and about what I needed for my car. He was so understanding and he helped me out a lot. His name is Jaconi Cunningham he was so polite and helpful I was so surprised. He didn't make excuses he made a way to make what I needed happen. I am so glad that I went to this Auto Zone and I will be back. Thank you Mr. Jaconi for all of your help and understanding. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring him. Jacobi was so helpful!! Car battery died last minute and even though it was less than 10 min to close Jacobi was super attentive, he checked my battery and replaced it with care and made sure I left the parking lot with my problem resolved! Never once did he made me feel rushed because it closing time. Would highly recommend this store and ask for Jacobi! Thank you!

I don't think I’ve ever had a bad experience at an autoparts store, but rarely do I have such a great experience! Jermaine was courteous, and even insisted on giving me a hand in swapping out my battery.

I came to autozone with a bad battery, Mr Timothy took the time and patience to test and change my battery. Because it was in a difficult location, he was able to change it for me with no problem. Thank you Mr Timothy.
