I went to Autozone to buy an A/C compressor belt. 5 people were ahead of me in line and there were 2 employees getting parts and checking out customers. As I waited, I noticed 1 of the employees was killing it! I could tell she was very knowledgeable and fast. I thought to myself "I hope she's the one that helps me find the part I need". When it was my turn the timing didn't align. Luckily she overheard me talking to the other employee when he couldn't find the part I needed even though their computer showed they had 2. If it wasn't for Ivis I would have been walking out empty handed. Thank you Ivis!!

Amazing customer service, Ivis, Angel and Christian were amazing and provided exceptional service. They were very knowledgeable as well. Drove over one hour from Davenport and will do it again. Definitely will be back!

Izaac was great ! Definitely would come back to get service! I love the fact he’s young willing to learn and wants to learn to perfect his skill. His colleague/boss not sure I didn’t catch her name was very knowledgeable. I love to see young adults who want to learn! Thank you auto zone !!! 10/10

Isaac Velez helped me diagnose a battery issue and helped me switch the batteries out. Although he is only 16 years old, he was very polite and focused alot on customer service. His manager, Ivis, was also great lady who assisted and guided him through the process. Overall great customer service. Will return back for any future car issues.
