The worst experience of my life I’ve never been treated so horrible I was literally recommend to this autozone by the mechanic shop down the road I was just looking for help with my e bike I wanted to see if I could use a fix a flat or something to help me get the rest of the way home supervisor/manager immediately told me to get out and to put my e-bike outside all I wanted to do was show if they had something that could fix my tire to get me home their was literally no compassion or help for someone that was stranded 5 miles away from home I pleaded that I was just looking for something to fix my tire and if their was anything just pointed to isle 6 and said maybe you’ll find something there manger/ supervisor told me to leave my bike in the corner which was understandable but still very rude about it like I was unwelcome in the store I didn’t find anything to help me so I left the manager/supervisor gave me a look like If was stealing something I ended having to get a Lyft home because of the almost 100 degree weather and I couldn’t walk 5 miles with a flat tire I already spoke with the district and waiting for the regional manger to contact me you don’t treat people like this especially people that are just looking for help I’ll never step inside a autozone or will do business with autozone again in my life I’ll speak with the regional to remove any information from me that I’ve used in the past and rewards

Was helped right away by luis, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly found the right battery and windshield wipers for me. I didn’t have to leave the counter. It was a great experience!
