Bill P. was so amazingly helpful! My truck battery has died on me and I kept having to jump it so went to AutoZone for help. He put my new battery in, cleaned the terminals and hooked it back up for me. Turns out we were both from small towns in upstate NY too. Would come to this store again just for the excellent service he provided.

Great experience getting my battery replaced. Andrew and Bill were friendly and easy to work with, proving fast service even with multiple customers in-store. I hope that I don't need to replace the battery again anytime soon, but I will definitely return here when I need it done.

The customer service was very rude and said he would change the battery, we were outside waiting for him for 45 minutes until a girl came to change it, because of her I gave it two stars, if it were up to him it would be 1

Manager Darin was great! My 2021 Tundra battery stopped working, truck would not start. I was in the Chipotle parking lot, about 5 minute walk from this autozone. I poped open the hood and was my terminals had some extream battery acid on the terminal. I walked to this autozone and was greeted by Darin and I explained my problem. He lent me a brush and battery terminal cleaner for me to get it working again. I successfully was able to get the connection back with a battery jumper and drive to Autozone. Once I arrived, Darin went right to work. He cleaned the terminals more and the battery still did not work, so he tested the battery and noted the battery was bad. I then had to purchase a new battery unfortunately. Darin was out there in the rain, installing my battery and ensuring I was ready to go back on the road. Big shout out to Darin! Thank you again, Darin!

Sent a damaged transmission. Then you approved my shop to replace the filter. Long story short I'm out an additional $800 in labor. Do yourself a favor and always get the part from the repair shop who's doing the labor or make sure they have a labor warranty. This is completely ridiculous and y'all should be out of pocket the $800 not me. That's what happens when you do bad business you are supposed to take the loss..

Any car needs I have I go here first! They always have what I need and provide the best in class service by really going the extra mile to take care of their customers. Shout out to Darin Mitchell who went above and beyond diagnosing my problem and taking care of the issue. Promote this man! Luis and Bill were just as friendly!Autozone > anywhere else.
