I went to autozone today and got amazing service by from Yobani Flores at the Lee Vista location. I was told earlier in the day that from a from valvoline that I needed a new battery. Yobani tested my battery and told me, I did not and he printed out the Results that read good battery. He also changed my low beam light bulb. Unfortunately, a lot of locations take advantage of people who lack knowledge when it comes to cars and car repairs but, that was not the case at Autozone. I appreciate your honesty, smile, and hard work Yobani.

I was standing in line to make a return with two people in front of me and one person behind me. The store clerks helped the two folks ahead of me and when the next clerk (Y. Cotto) was available he didn't proceed to call on me. He carried on clicking away at his keyboard and then he proceeded to begin talking to the person who was in line behind me. Next he's asking him what he was in for and directing him to which aisle he needed to go down. This is all while I was standing in front of the guy he was talking to and I'm not easy to miss at all. This guy just blatantly disregarded me. Once he was done with the customer behind me he then got right back to working on his keyboard and never made the time to help me. I am NEVER stopping at this autozone location again. I couldn't have been more angry at my time spent here. Who treats a customer like that? Why did he think this was ok? His store badge said he was a manager but there's no way a manager does something like that. Customer service sucks and I'm not going back.

Yobani went out of his way to instal a battery for me even though I told him I would put it on myself he insisted and got it done in 2 minutes I never had someone so helpful at an autozone before that guy needs a raise, I was having a bad day due to my battery dying and I had to go to work he made my day thank you Yobani you are awesome!!

I am not too pleased with this place being that my dad is a mobile mechanic and spends alot in a month as have I, I went there at 12 o’clock to return a hub bearing to get a better version and I was able to do so but they had to ship it from the McCoy location, which is about 15 minutes away. I had a mechanic scheduled to come to my house at six and being that they could not get, the hub from 10 minutes away. I had to reschedule my mechanic and pay more because there was a fee for a reschedule. I wish I knew the names to speak good upon one. Individual was taking it personal that I’ve been trying to get a single part for four hours that was 15 minutes away . I was there at 4:30. They had told me that it was gonna be here at 4:30 at 4:30, so on my third trip around 530. It was the same story so I finally had to just drive to McCoy and grab the bearing. There was a trainee that did this order so that is understood but just for better management and for customer quality assurance and service. If y’all care I would advise to have a manager shadow on orders, or they can be entailed

Just go to the S Goldenrod location. It's 5-6 minutes away. I found the part I needed at half the cost. They also offer returns.
Apparently this store doesn't if you attempt to use the part or product in any fashion.
According to the other gentleman I spoke with at the S Goldenrod store Autozone in general offers 90 day returns.

I went to autozone to get some glass cleaner and there was a lady at the register trying to check out and then one other guy and me in line. The lady was bit older and was trying to pay cash and card and was giving the employee jeremy a bit of a hard time but he was super patient and kind to her and you don't see that too often . I just want to thank him for being such a kind and patient employee

Guys were fabulous. Fast, friendly, helpful. My item didn't ring up, but they kept searching and eventually found it. Didn't take very long. Got everything we needed. Good trip!

Had everything I was looking for, Didn't have to wait in line long at all, nice employee's at this location on Lee Vista. Highly recommend.
