Pamela and the team at Auto Solutions did a great job in repairing my older German car. There were some challenging issues that took some time to assess and repair. They kept me informed and were able to help me understand the work that was needed.
The result was great and I am once again enjoying driving my vehicle. I would be pleased for the folks at Auto Solutions to service my car anytime!

I've been a customer of Auto Solutions for three years, and they continue to impress me with their excellent service! Recently, I had an issue with my car battery, and Lue at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I was covered under warranty. He got back to me in less than an hour, confirming that I was all set and could bring my car in. Bryon, who worked on my car, replaced the battery in just 45 minutes—at no cost to me! This is just one example of the top-notch service I've consistently received from them. I highly recommend Auto Solutions for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car care!

Amazing service. I hate getting my car serviced typically and Erick and his team made it comfortable. Communicated well throughout, were flexible and quick. Even my dealership wouldn’t have been able to look at my car for 5 days, and they worked on it first day. Thanks Erick and Autosolutions. I’ll be back!!!

The shop appeared professional with a good Google review score, which is why I chose them over others. However, I deeply regret this decision. I initially informed Eric about the noise issue, but he later called me to say it would cost $147 just to diagnose the problem and provide a repair estimate—a fee he never mentioned when I dropped off the car. Predictably, the diagnosis confirmed exactly what I had already described.
Additionally, they failed to fully diagnose the issue and later requested more money for additional work. Ultimately, I ended up paying $780 to replace only the belt and belt tensioner, which was twice the original estimate. I suspect that taking the car to a dealership would have been cheaper and save myself the headache and frustration.
Now, I really hope they are truthful and honest when they say they fixed the issue.
Be cautious if you decide to use this shop. I wouldn't want others to have a similar bad experience.
