“I went to Jaguar South Orlando to get a cosmetic repair. While I was there I asked them to look over my car, my Jaguar F-TYPE. They did a very thorough 34-point check, if I remember correctly, and recommended a few repairs. After discussing with me, we went ahead and did the repairs, one stop shopping, lol. “Took my car after reading reviews and taking my car to the dealership who wanted to charge me twice the cost of repairs. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. “I went to Autozone to buy an A/C compressor belt. 5 people were ahead of me in line and there were 2 employees getting parts and checking out customers. As I waited, I noticed 1 of the employees was killing it! I could tell she was very knowledgeable and fast. I thought to myself "I hope she's the one that helps me find the part I need". When it was my turn the timing didn't align. Luckily she overheard me talking to the other employee when he couldn't find the part I needed even though their computer showed they had 2. If it wasn't for Ivis I would have been walking out empty handed. Thank you Ivis!!”

“My passenger side mirror was broken and they showed me on their computer where I can buy the replacement mirror for $95.00. Once I received the mirror, Willie's installed it and charged me $25.00!! The same mirror was hit and had to be replaced several years ago and the dealership charged me $1,000. to replace it and install it! Willie's is the place to go if you want honesty, kindness and excellent work done!!”
