When installing the radio the wiring harness was damaged during the installation. The install radio was not connecting to cell phone and all calls were staticky. Gave this installer over one week to get the part in to fix the issue of the expensive kit needed for my car. Receive nothing but excuses of why hazard lights and other functions weren't working when prior to the installation everything was. This is not the way you do business especially when you tell a customer you have over $800 tied up in a kit that was just over 500. Hazard light switch was not working and traction control switch is not working installer called customer service regarding the piece and was told it was defective gave him chance to make things right which was never done. Everything was taken out of my car and factory radio and controls were put back in. The equipment I paid him for there's nothing but a expensive paperweight. It might have done good work from time to time but this installation and treatment showed this business only cares about the money and not quality of service. I would not recommend this business to anyone for any installations. The wiring harness that they messed up has been replaced everything is working and please note this installation place made no effort at making things right

I recently had my car tinted at here and it was a nightmare experience. Not only did they mess up the tint application the first time with scratches and hair trapped under the tint, but when I asked them to fix it, they made the same mistake again! The customer service was terrible they were unwilling to refund me for their repeated errors. They only gave me my front window as a refund avoid this place if you value your time and money.

i made an appointment to install aftermarket gps nav system/back up cam showd up as scheduled took a day off work for it ,,,they told me it will take more time as they anticipated ...so i need to reschedule ...they did a work few days later only to leave my car not fully sealed and ruin my whole sound/radio and iDrive system due to rain water getting to it .non responsive to their faults worst costumer service they pinpoint to each other for their mistakes they dont know who even did that work done .do everyone a favor and repot to better business bureau !

The worst. Too expensive. Told me I needed a New backup camera ..didn't need it....then did not connect steering wheel controls..told me I needed another part at an extra charge.. total ripoff....do yourself a favor and avoid them

It’s been a while since I’ve upgraded my system in a car. These guys know what they are doing and are good dudes. They are priced very fairly, as well as any one in town and do a nice clean job. The jeep sounds amazing! Don’t hesitate to come here

I really appreciate the honesty and quick service. Thought I needed a new amp but they troubleshooted and found out it was a much cheaper problem. Will be coming back for more service
