Lou was amazing, friendly and won't take advantage of anybody. He is fair and he will tell you what the problem is before he charges you..I went to a place in Pontiac they filled up my air without ever checking if it had a leak. so I was referred to complete Auto Care through a friend and it was the best choice I ever made

came to have brakes bleed on my 96 s10 reasonable price $60 plus even willing to bleed my abs system but also informed me my master cylinder was leaking and showed me not alot of shops will do that even gave me a option for them to install or myself too since they seen I've worked on my vehicle before I chose to do it myself since it's my daily driver but the kicker is didnt even charge me and said I can come back during the week and get all set will be coming back forsure this week mind you I live in garden city

The team at Auto-Lab Southgate is amazing! They're honest and very understanding. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. I will always take my truck here for all my auto needs. My only negative comment is the lack of parking/space in front of the store. It gets REALLY congested at times.

The new owners know how to take care of their customers. They went above and beyond for me after my car would not start at the grocery store across the street while I was on my lunch hour. They sent someone (CJ) right over to assess the problem and got me back on the road without having to call a tow truck. Excellent service, courteous and knowledgeable employees, I could not have asked for more.

This shop is owned by the most generous man, Adam. He not only quoted reasonable prices, but he and his team worked swiftly to get my car fixed. He even helped me contact local rental car locations, and stayed well past closing time to make sure I could get home safely. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking automotive care.

I started coming to Auto Lab a year ago. Won't go anywhere else. Mike, Travis, Jason and their guys are the best you're gonna find. Sometimes the wait to get your car in or get an appointment is long, but that's only because they have so many people going to them! They're upfront and honest with you. They explain the work in detail, but don't pressure getting the work done onto you. These guys understand the struggles and hardships people go through and honestly do their best

I normally don't write reviews but I felt obligated due to the fact of how impressed I am with this place. I've had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics and Auto Lab fixed that problem immediately. They are all really great and trustworthy people that will get the job done right and put your mind at ease. I would recommend them to anybody. 5 stars, great job guys!
