Picked AGD because of the reviews. Called in the early evening to set up a mobile repair for my Jeep's windshield. They got my insurance company on the phone, opened a claim and scheduled my repair for the next morning. Thought everything was going great. Next day, tech showed up in an unmarked white van, pulled up in front of my Jeep, he got out and didn't even turn the engine off. Walked up to my Jeep, barely glanced at the windshield and said "Yup, that needs to be replaced". I said its just a tiny crack, not even the size of a dime, are you sure it can't be fixed? He goes "I been doing this 16 years, that can't be fixed, it needs to be replaced". I said I don't want it replaced, I want it repaired. He said he would call "them" referring to his office, like it was another company. Then he called me back and said "They will only replace the windshield, not repair it. What do you want to do?" I thanked him for his time, set up an appointment for the next morning at a local Safelite store. Safelite repaired the windshield in about 30 minutes. Told the Safelite tech what had happened the day before, he did not have nice things to say. He did assure me the windshield was fully repaired and under Safelite's warranty if it ever has an issue.

Called and scheduled to replace glass . Left work early to be home. Waited n waited and called to see what time they would be coming out. They did not have me scheduled. They had confirmed they would be here Saturday. I lost 4 hours of work n waited just to find out they were not coming out.. very dissatisfied.

They were able to replace my windshield within 3 days of calling them. Their competitors (a national chain on tv a lot) needed 10 days. Plus they paid me $150 in cash. The windshield was replaced quickly and looked fantastic.Service: Auto windshield replacement

THIS PLACE DOES NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS - do not waste your time. Contacted this company back on November 4, 2021. Was told they could replace my cracked windshield for my RV. I already set up everything though my insurance, all they needed to do was submit the information (pictures, etc.) to them why they are replacing it. It is now February 11, 2022, and after about a dozen or so phone calls to them asking them to do their job, they still have not submitted anything. My insurance said to me this was an easy case to get fixed, but the company I chose has not sent anything. I have completely given up at this point. I have never in my life seen such an incompetent business and lack of basically anything to run a business. Absolutely sad. If I could 0 or negative stars I would.
