Told me that they could get a job done and then canceled the planned appointment on me after I got there. Did not call to let me know they were too busy. Wasted my time.
Update:
I was willing to wait, he wanted me to come back in a few days. So many excuses. He explained that his guy called out and that is why he couldn't do it. Look at some of the other reviews, likes to point blame to customer. Don't reply to a poor review and accuse of lies.

Sammy and his team are top notch. Had a specific application I was looking for, and he spent the time to talk to me about the different speakers and even tested some out in the car. I was super impressed at the level of customer service, and these guys earned my business!

Measure twice and cut once, these guys do it right. Took my new car here to install an amp, and was extremely happy with the outcome. They were able to work with existing speakers I had and were extremely professional. Shopped the job around at first and wouldn’t go anywhere else after working with these guys. Super friendly as well and took extreme care to study my vehicle specifically to ensure they set everything up the right way.

Called around all day to try and get my speakers replaced, was quoted ridiculous amounts from $1k-$1.4k just to replace 4 speakers at other places. Finally called audio excellence and person was very nice and helpful over the phone told me to bring it so they could check it out. Price was way more reasonable here. Very clean and comfortable location. Helped me same day after my speakers blew. Professional, great customer service. Worked with me on price and not everyone is willing to do that. I’m very happy with how I was treated and taken care of here. Thank you Audio Excellence!!! If I need anything done in the future this will be my first go to.

I have a 2019 f-150 and I couldn’t figure out why my audio wasn’t playing out of the speakers. I went in and I was immediately helped by Meer, who figured out the problem and finished within a couple hours.
