I was looking for some someone to do my income taxes and I came across atax on Curry Ford road. I talked to merky and she helped me with my taxes. She took the time to explain to I'm me my write-offs explaining step by step and save me lots of money so I appreciate her work and knowledge. I would highly recommend using merky to help you with your taxes or finances.

Horrendous service led by their tax "professional" Cristina Gallo. If you are a young entrepreneur this is not the place for you! BEWARE!! This is the place your elderly grandparents and/or parents go because they are unable to communicate in English and their preference is Spanish. I say this because I went into this office and waited 45 mins one day and 1 hour the next day because all customers in the lobby solely spoke Spanish. Their tax "professional" Cristina will show no care for you, I have attached my communication with her -- absolute neglect.. I am appalled that this happened to me -- especially when this is a time-sensitive task to do with the IRS. This tax firm has not heard of Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay and other bank apps used by most people today -- this alone is a red flag if you are a young entrepreneur or salesman/woman. Stay away from this firm -- you're better off going to H&R Block where they don't neglect you and are knowledgeable of these apps. Again, this is where your elderly parents, grandparents go because they can only communicate in Spanish and they are none the wiser.

Atax promised to make tax extension but for some reasons when I called; I was assured it was going to be done; but ended up not getting done and when I called, I was put on hold or never answered a single call. Not reliable and won't advice my enemy to use they service. Not credible and worthy!

Epic service. Walked in, got the help I needed for my personal/ business taxes and was out in only a few hours. Cristina and her staff had fantastic customer service. Highly recommended, will be using them for years to come.
