Going to the dentist is no ones favorite I was so pleasantlyset at ease when I was checked in by Alice was so personable ,gracious and professional. Then walked back by Leslie who made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during Xrays. Next I had my gums looked at by the hygenist Aurelio no pain, no shame just pure perfection. Dr Yana expertise is unmatched and her compasspassion is unparalleled. The real secret weapon is when you sit with the Account Manager Don, makes sure they are able to assist you with the best of there ability to get you the best possible outcome.THE BEST Dentist Office Ever!!!!

Aurelio was my hygienist and he was great! He was quick and efficient and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend him!

They don't care about their patients. They only care about getting paid. They consistently miss file paperwork with insurance and then charge the patient when insurance denies the claim due to their incompetence. I've literally had to hand them my phone with my insurance company on the line for them to see me without charging hundreds of dollars. If ASPEN wasn't basically the only dentist within the military dental insurance program, I would go somewhere else.

The dentist is good, but the partials are horrible. I had them done three times and the finish product is the worst edges aren't smooth. They ask you to sign a document that all is well, but you don't notice the bad product untill your home and as the days go by you realize. You should have went somewhere else. Don't recommend them for partials.

I scheduled an initial consult and teeth cleaning, or so I thought. I made the appointment for 4:45 PM and asked me to come in earlier at 3:00 PM so I was forced to leave work early. I told them I had an hour at the front desk and they said they could do the cleaning and then the x rays if we had time.They made me do the x rays first which took 30 minutes and then made me be seen by a dental hygienist who is not a doctor, who looked at my teeth for maybe two minutes. Meanwhile, there’s like three people in the room. Asking me questions and trying to up-charge me for different services. They told me they could not do the initial cleaning after 2 hours of being there and then told me it would be 785 dollars to do a cleaning and a cavity.They are scammers and I would not refer them to anyone even my worst enemy.

Everyone is pretty cool. There are a few people that could stand to be a little more gentle but overall it's usually a good experience when I go. The doctor is always nice I love her. And the front desk people are always nice and pleasant

Very nice. But I only wanted to check teeth n make a plan to over a short time fix teeth. Talked to so many people was lost. Kinda pushy to get all done in one visit. They said 3 fillings one crown n cleaning. $7652.00 I wanted a breakdown but got nothing. Sorry waist of time felt very uncomfortable. They all were sitting around me n even the guy from pay area sat n listened to my business. Scam scam scam shame on you. X-ray tech wonderful n the young man dental assistant was wonderful. But that's all spreading the word , ???

What can I say but this place is where it’s at. They have an extremely helpful staff. The front desk clerk (woman with single plaits and a pretty smile)was phenomenal. She was very polite and understanding. The other two clerks in the back (1man & 1 woman) also was trying make me feel better. I was an out of state emergency walk-in. Everyone else said no. Not Aspen Dental. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hour. I lost the front left tooth of my dental and they was like, yes come in we can help you. I got off the Amtrak and bam if just fell off. Mind you I’m at a wedding. Thank the Lord for Aspen Dental. Wish this ppl were in Maryland. Best service ever!!!

Extremely thorough very detailed. Walk me through my entire procedure. Show me all work that had to be done. Took excellent care of me for my first visit. I’m going back to have quite a bit of extensive work done highly recommend them.

Everyone here is super nice, gentle, professional and knowledgeable! I have fibromyalgia and the entire staff is amazing to accommodate me when I have to get up and move to alleviate my pain. Dr. Vanmali has been wonderful with spacing out my procedures so I don't become over tired trying to keep up with healing and my pain. It is very much appreciated and my primary care Dr. was impressed by her thoughtfulness and understanding of my condition.Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Having tried different dental offices I must say Aspen Dental at East Colonial (Orlando, FL) offers the best I have been at. Dr. Yana with the help of Mina and Milena provided excellent care.

Do not trust these thieves. I was promised multiple times that my visit was a free consultation. Instead they charged my insurance company. Don't believe anything they tell you. The whole visit was a sales job. They're not interested in helping you they're interested in getting every dollar they can get. I wish I could give minus stars

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental of Baldwin Park Orlando. Dr. Yana even drove all the way to a pharmacy make sure they gave me the prescription I needed ON SATURDAY. A very caring and thoughtful staff. Thank you all very much!

Don't waste your time, go elsewhere. Poor management. Poor communication, expensive costs, and a system that's constantly "down." I have been unable to get any information or book any next steps since my appointment in May. Initially their system were down and they advised they call me to confirm next steps. Since then I've called several times, visited the office (the office manager was out and I was told he was the only one who could assist). It's taken 2 months and lots of work on my end to track them done, just to be able to go somewhere else. Save your time and efforts.
