I ordered a balloon bouquet for $65 through from you flowers. what they delivered was pathetic. They were told to redeliver the correct order and they refused.

I would like to echo the other 5 out of 8 reviews of this florist's abysmal business practice. I've attached photos for your own judgement. The funeral spray I ordered through their website shows roughly 70 combinations of roses and other red flowers arranged in a heart shape. What was delivered was roughly 30-35. The long branches of orchids, snapdragons, etc in the online photo shows roughly 45-50 in combination; what was delivered shows about 18-20. The lilies hadn't bloomed and again this is for a funeral we can't wait for these to bloom. Furthermore, the instructions for the banner was typed on the online form and they misspelled names, of all things, names. Banners were also misleading, online photo shows typed lettering, what was delivered was hand written. Does not represent was is offered online. I wrote an email and did not receive contact until I had to call back the next day. After speaking to Maria for about 15 minutes, all she could offer was an apology. I had requested a full refund and expected at least half because the spray that was delivered was only half of what was represented. Maria could not take any accountability for the clear issues at hand but excuse that they got really fresh flowers and the orchids were expensive; I'm not going to tell anyone how to run their business but this ain't it. She first offered to compensate for the banner ($10) then offered $100 but then said she'd call back to confirm. Only to tell me to go kick rocks and that they would be losing money so she can't give me any refund. Cool. I was willing to work with them and give them a chance to right the wrongs but here I am to recount my experience so that you as the reader can decide if you'd like to bring your business to their door. Adds insult to injury when its suppose to be a beautiful arrangement for a grieving family.

I ordered a Hawaiian Lei for my daughter's UCF graduation. The flowers were red and white carnations. They hit it spot on with great beautiful flowers. They even called meTo remind me to pick it up and I'm thankful becaise I had totally forgotten about it. Great service from the time I ordered it to pick up. Would order from here again.

The worst of the worst. My husband had ordered and paid extra for the bouquet to get to my job early. Why didn't I get them? And when he called, they mentioned that another bouquet would be sent AGAIN, EARLY MORNING! Why did I just get them now, at 4:45pm right before leaving? ON TOP OF IT, they're only 20 mins away from my job. How embarrassing. If you're going to do something special for your loved one, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Your surprise/moment will be ruined.

I dont know if I was being scammed but I paid 64 bucks for one bunch of roses. Their website advertised it at 45 bucks! The roses were pretty!PS: they updated their website couple days later.?
