We have been working with Aris Medical Solutions for over 5 years. We worked with several other companies before this one but we will not use another one moving forward! I don't how Suze has turned an otherwise awful experience into a delight! This company really knows about HIPAA Compliance. Any time I have a question Suze usually answers me within an hour or less. Great customer service in a time where that is hard to find. Thanks to Aris Medical Solutions for the development of your online solutions which has made the process even easier!

I recently heard Suze Shaffer, owner and president of Aris Medical Solutions, speak at a function I attended. She is a passionate and dynamic speaker whose number-one goal is to make sure her clients remain HIPAA compliant and maintain safe and secure patient records. As a HIPAA compliance and risk management expert, she's well-versed in the ever-changing state and federal governmental agency regulations so that she and her team can provide clients action plans and procedures to proactively mitigate risks. It was a great presentation with plenty of takeaways.

A man who is always seeking knowledge, I had the opportunity and pleasure of attending an event for which Ms. Suze Shaffer was the keynote speaker. In this age and day of COVID and all the confusion about privacy rights and understanding them as they relate to medical issues and compliance, I was delighted to have someone knowledgeable about this subject, and one who brought clarity to these issues. I know Suze's emphasis and efforts are centered around educating the medical industry on how to adhere to HIPPA and Protect Parent Data, and showing them how to meet HIPPA Security Rule requirements, but I, as an individual was enlightened and gained greater insight on the subject, as well. I could see how her business go about providing practices with the tools they need to meet State and Federal requirements. Because providers have so many other areas in their field to cover, Suze's company provides a valuable service to these organizations and their staff, and that is apparent.
