Horrible service, everytime I go I am charged a different fee and now they’re charging if you go in 5-10 mins late, they mentioned nothing about that in their confirmation text it should be courtesy not an extra charge one dollar per minute ur late! Run from this place they’ve changed the name of the shop multiple times due to shady business and bankruptcy now they’re trying to make up for it by charging way extra and sometimes they only want u to pay in cash or zelle them prob to avoid taxes be very ware this place is beyond unprofessional!!

An extraordinary experience. I didn’t even have an appointment because everywhere I called they were booked for the holidays ; so I called Galaxy Paws and they said to bring in my two dogs … they did such an awesome job that I was so happy on how beautiful they came out of there, perfume and beautiful girly collars and they even took pictures of my dogs for the New Year celebrations. I will definitely be coming here from now on. I would give them a 10 star if that scale existed but they have my full 5 stars…

I took both of my dogs to get nails cut. They did them on a Sunday and my dogs did great. They were great with the dogs.

My one star review no is for the service because I know Lee for long time and always take care really good my dog, she is a professional and love animals.The real reason is the another groomer,She has a problem when she treats people, she is very rude and not at all professional. And worst of all, it's vulgar and disrespectful

The groomer did a great job with our grand pup Loki a Yorkie. He received a full examination and cut. He looked so good and the price was very affordable.

Highly recommend! I arrived to orlando and found my mom’s yorkie Verdel matted. I thought he was overweight! Lee and Erika thank you for taking care of him with such care. Verdel is blind so gets uncomfortable in an unfamiliar environment. Wishing you the absolute best in your business. I will definitely bring Verdel back next time I’m in Orlando. ???
