I ordered two begonias and am so happy with what I received! I should have taken photos of the packaging. It was literally the best packing for a plant shipment that I have ever seen, and that's especially important for begonias. I look forward to purchasing more in the spring!

Purchased three plants from Angie’s. Received them well packaged and within the timeframe quoted. Unfortunately one of the plants was not healthy and started to die soon after receiving it. I contacted Angie for help. She provided some thoughts and ultimately conceded that the plant was in a sad state and offered a store credit of $19.99 to replace it. When I asked for a credit for shipping as that amount would mean I’d still have to pay $11-12 shipping or just a refund for the amount of the unhealthy plant (I had to follow up twice with no reply) she sent me a generic cut and paste response with their refund policy. They sold me an unhealthy plant and wanted me to spend more money to replace it. It’s just not fair or good customer service. I would not recommend Angie’s as a business. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the other two plants were fine and healthy.

Walked by on a rainy Sunday and almost didn’t go in, but I’m so glad we stopped. I found the most beautiful and healthy Zebrina Elephant Ear plant. I’ve been wanting one for awhile and saw one just a couple weeks before at another shop in Ivanhoe for +$100!! Angie’s prices were so fair and affordable. They had an amazing selection. Can’t wait to come back again.

Ordered 10 violets from Angie's Planties in FL last Thursday and 5 days later, they all made it to CA safely in 90+ degree heat! This is my second order with this shop, I ordered from their Black Friday sale last year(all made it here in perfect condition then too) and again after getting a coupon code on Instagram. I am SUPER impressed with the packaging, not a single leaf broke in transport and everything looks healthy and green. They come wrapped with cotton around the leaves, then saran wrapped to keep the cotton in place, then wrapped in Kraft paper and THEN bubble wrapped. Can't recommend this shop enough! I can't wait to see 'em bloom! ?
