I swear that I have never been treated so kindly in a place... I went to pick up a shipment through Western Union and the girl named Michelle who helped me was quick and humble. Also, it's impressive how he served other people at the same time with the same speed and positive energy! I felt very comfortable in this place. I will definitely return to this place to be served by her!

Michelle was not only condensending and very rude, also her attitude makes you despise this place just by looking at it from the outside. Listen if you don't know how to work the system or don't have answers just say so, it's better than throwing me back paperwork and telling me to feel better And go elsewhere.

This was the best service I experienced from Amscot! Michelle was very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful! She went above and beyond to help me! Same goes for the other staff members, they were really welcoming and supportive! I will definitely keep coming to this particular location more often!

This place still has the worse customer service. The employees gives you attitudes. Also they continually left friends of mine open in the state data base so that they don’t try taking out at other companies. I will not be doing business here.
