I'm been coming for years to this location and I never had any problems or bad customer service. Today I had a Hispanic girl who was rude and nasty. I never had any bad experience like today. Very disrespectful... I really don't like to write bad reviews but this location needs to teach their employees a better customer service.

The night staff has terrible telephone service. The man who answered my call was rude by hanging up the phone just because I asked for patience to understand him because I don't speak fluent English.

Brought a business check and ultimately couldn’t cash it, felt like the customer service displayed by supervisor and workers were rather rude. Laughing and joking. Travel up the road to the ace cash you’ll get better customer service

Larry was extremely rude and basically racist yesterday to a friend of mine. They were simply trying to have a check cashed but was met with extreme hostility and left feeling uncomfortable and awful. Discrimination is never okay and Larry seems to be very comfortable acting in a discriminatory manner towards his customers of color. I know it’s hard to ask for good customer service these days but having staff like Larry will definitely cause this location to lose business and plummet in reviews. Do better and pay more attention to who you hire. Larry is a sad example of the type of person you’re to be met with at this location. He is aiding in the bad name this location is so adamant on maintaining for themselves.

Companies need to start evaluating their employees professionalism and ability to speak to customers. I think the company ought to consider Larry & his horrible manners and quite frankly perhaps his discriminative tone. This is in no way shape or form acceptable EVER. Whether he has something against people of color, or perhaps is having a bad day, professionalism is ALWAYS important in the workplace. Learn how to speak to people.

Very horrible customer service. Went for a money order. Lady said I had to fill in a form . Never in 20 years have I had to do that. Lady didn’t explain anything just walked away. Then another lady came over to do the money order and walked away as I refuse to give my social if ur not telling me why . Then a guy came over. Was very unprofessional. I asked for the paper back with my information. He refused and quickly put it in the shredded and it jammed. He stated he could not give me the paper because it had amscot logo on it. But it had all my person information. I spoke to corporate and was told yes they are supposed to return my information to customer when requested. The guy would not even cut out my information to give back to me. So why am I going to trust u with my social if ur business is doing shady things.
Needless to say. Went to another amscot and had zero issues. Poor customer service and that was the icing on the cake. Not an amscot I will be using. Very unprofessional and not exceptable. FYI use caution , if they do this what else are they doing
