I went for a service, the keep call other customers, they put me on a number , after 10 minutes no one came talk to me until I leave

Unpleasant service from Shanice while conducting a late night transaction. It was disappointing to say the least. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

The worst ever, if there’s a way to leave 0 star. I got there since 8:30 pm, I left by 10:16 pm. He kept taking other clients over me . I think every client needs to be treated right.

Shout-out to Victor at Amscot on Kirkman Road!
I want to recognize Victor for the excellent service he provided during my visit. This gentleman truly knows how to communicate with people. He showed a real sense of urgency—something customers truly appreciate—and made me feel genuinely welcome.
Victor wasn’t in a rush to push me out the door. Instead, he was patient, attentive, and took the time to help me with everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to good service. I’m thankful I had the opportunity to be helped by him!

Horrible customer service! All these windows for only 2 people to be working? I shouldn’t have to wait 30-40 minutes to get a bill payment slip! Especially when one lady is just typing away on a computer

I had the absolute BEST experience at Amscot, all thanks to Shana! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs.
Shana made the entire process smooth and stress free. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping customers. I left feeling completely satisfied with the service I received.
