I don't know what's wrong with this Carole lady but nobody asked her to work there... somebody needs to tell her she applied for the job... always making things hard for me to the point I just avoid this location even though it's closer to me.. like damn if you don't like your job quit. Forever getting slick like people do not have time for that.. just do you job. If corporate needs her name I will be happy to give it to you guys... I don't know if she's a manager but she's just way too rude. I am not happy with this location because this is the only location that has gave me a problem constantly with the same person... headache.

Came in for a loan and mind you I’ve been to this location and many other locations before and I’ve never had an issue. The heavy-set lady behind the glass window told me that I needed to to send proof of an active bank account which I did. I’ve been here almost a whole hour and they keep telling me that they have not received my email with proof of an active bank account an older lady with glasses comes up asking what did I put on the subject line when sending it told me that the reason it didn’t go through was because I put something on the subject line, which is Bs. People are coming and going and still nobody has helped. Gilbert who is the manager doesn’t do anything to help the situation or fix the situation. He stand on his behind the counter and stares at me while playing with the receipt paper. After me standing here for so long the lady came back to tell me that Amscot email system is down. You all need to get it together. A whole hour and change later Gilbert comes to ask me for my account information which is crazy. Keep in mind that as a manager you should know when to take charge

Very good experience. Ultimately approved for loan by employee named Duane who worked so hard and patiently tries every possible way to get us approved. We could easily have been turned down so I'm so impressed and grateful for the hard work and effort he put in to get us approved...even manager got involved as well to get it done. Absolutely will use them again. Thank you!!!

I went there 8/28 around 7 pm to notarize a simple one page document. It looked like that black woman knows nothing about notary. Just one simple page document, I was there more than 45 minutes. She read the form over and over, she read the document more than 10 times. Just one simple document, she wasted my time for no reason. Will not go back to that location again. I will take my business elsewhere.
