inspite of several promises that I would be contacted re: the erroneous charge, NO ONE from Amerigas has. I was promised it would be resolved - and it has not. I IT HAS NOT. I was charged because "I didn't order using the online option" I DID ---- your drivers lied about the "deliveries" which caused me to call and then get my order delivered using a rep. Now they are charging me for what has taken HOURS of my time to fix.

I called one day; you were out the next day. The delivery driver was polite and quick. As always for the past 24 years.

We have provided our HOA gate code many times to your customer support representatives, but over and over our deliveries are missed because your drivers indicate they don't have a gate code.Once, when a delivery was taking place, I asked the driver why they lose the gate code, and the driver said to me that they just mark the delivery failed with that code if they get late in the day and don't have time to complete the delivery!! This behavior is dishonest and continues to happen!

I waited a month for you guys to deliver and I ran out of gas in that time so now I was definitely not happy very much lack of communication on taking delivery orders. Apparently when I first called, you had no wreck of it and when I called two weeks later, I had to start all over again and wait another two weeks and ran out of gas. Very poor communication.

Time and time again your costumer service has been deplorable Change you company CEO he doesn't care since he is making to much money and is not paying enough to his employees to care. because the service from TECO to Amerigas its an abysmal difference. Teco was personal, on time, as well didn't lie, return calls and maintained equipment, customer service was outstanding. Maybe hired and pay those people what it will take to get this company back in track. Amerigas WORST COMPANY EVER So if you see a response came to my bad review an as usual no one ever called. this company is garbage. do not hire them , don't worry their jobs are all over sea. the drivers all quit on them for lack of safety and pay and benefits. I got an answer here i called and just nothing done or fixed, Worst Company its Indian now so owner can care less for clients in the USA.

It is absolutely horrible trying to get a delivery and managing payments is even more horrible. I pay in full upfront every time and some how you are never able to give me back my over payment.

AmeriGas is completely all about money and has charged me for services that were not done/I didn’t approve of. I am doing my due diligence in finding another company. Not one person has helped me fix the issue.

Where do I begin. Customer service is nonexistent.. Three phone calls were made with a simple request that was agreed to on the third call only to not happen. The outsourcing of the calls Makes it difficult to communicate on both ends. I am very disappointed after being a customer for 21 years.

I love the ease of delivery and options to pay my bills. I do have a question about a recent person coming to my door and putting something on my equipment. I have never been able to verify that he actually worked for you. I called your number and was routed to someone in the Phillipines who had know knowledge of anything and clearly did not understand the concern an american has about people coming to our homes and I can't verify the legitmacy of the visit.

I tried to have gas delivered in Dec. Was told I had to pre pay. Then when I went to pre pay I had to buy $350 minimum for delivery. I am a senior and on SS. Lastly took 3 tries to get gas delivered. Had to speak with supervisor. Terrible service.

It took several months and hours of waiting on hold to get to a human. Once I finally did, it still took hours of phone calls get service. I was given wrong information on several occasions, and even though I was scheduled several times, when they didn’t show up and I called, I was told that I was never scheduled. This company’s customer service is awful.

NEVER answer calls to replace gas...waited 3 months after calling number with no results. Terrible service!
