The past two times we've gone in, Phil has been such a big help. He helped my daughter pick out her doll and even shared that she was on sale and then in our last visit helped her pick out a new dress for her. He's really awesome and this store is beautiful and it's a great experience. Thank you for making the shopping experience so fun!

I cannot say enough positive things about American Girl Orlando! The staff is incredibly kind & understanding how kids want to touch & play with items they may want to get and not just see them on display in a box. My girls always leave with quite the loot because of this.
As for the bistro we have done it all…lunch, tea, events, and birthdays. NOTHING compares to the AMAZING experience we had today with the waiter his first name started with an A. He was the absolutely best. we will be delighted if we can see him our next visit! He has a gift and makes everyone feel so special! THANK YOU Mr A for making Scarlett’s birthday so special!

Our visit to this store was absolutely magical for my daughters (8 and 6) and I. We had never been to an American Girl store before, but my girls love looking through the catalogues that come in the mail and had always wanted to visit. I also have loved American Girls since I was a girl in the 90’s. I decided to surprise my daughters to visit the store on our trip to Orlando! Laryssa was so sweet and did such a good job styling their dolls’ hair! Every employee was so kind, and I could feel the passion for American Girl dolls all around. The visit to this store was everything we hoped for and more.

This place is great to go with your girls, there are different models of dolls, there are also combinations for the doll and your girls, it is like a mini doll museum, my daughter enjoyed it!

We had a reservation for a personal shopper, and it was such a great experience. Anaika was so helpful and nice. Then we met Alexis and she was totally awesome with the hair and ear piercing. All the staff was great. You made a little girl so excited. Thank you

Fun place to light a match to $500 to $1000. If you go in you are probably already aware that you are going to spend cash. Didn't act eat here so I can't speak to the Cafe.

Regarding cafe- waited over 40 minutes for salad, cheese sticks, and spinach dip. Two other families in the cafe. When we finally received our food, dip was clabbered. I called staff over and she told me the dip always has this appearance.

Was just here a few days ago on my trip to Orlando ! It was a dream come true since I was 10 Although I’m 22 now I still very much enjoyed it and brought home a doll and the workers were very nice . Would come again for sure !

We had our daughter's 12th birthday party here. ? ? They accommodated us to the maximum! Our server, Auston, was fantastic from start to finish. ? Our daughter will always cherish this experience. One nice gentleman gave her birthday stickers at the register too. ? Just so many nice memories along the way. ? Thank you American Girl Orlando! We're now planning her sweet 16 party here as well! ?

they close at 8 o’clock right but when I tried to go in there were some white people in here I’m with my best friend she’s Puerto Rican and I’m black like I’m dark skin right so we try to go and she’s like oh we close at eight why is there a group of white people in the building so it’s racially profiling and I don’t I don’t respect it and I feel like I was targeted as a young black woman and a young Hispanic and I don’t want what they did ever happened to anybody else God bless you.
