Paid for the survey and never got any response after the payment. Called about 25 times and each time spent 1/2 hours on the phone and each time they said they would call me, but nothing still. Last week I didn’t even went to work because they claimed they would install my gas, but it was a waste of my time. This is really frustrating and annoying. The customer service is always rude too. I want, at least, my $220 back!

Ameri Gas Propane - Company believes is too big to fail. I paid $206 for a site survey, scheduled their installation and delivery twice; 2 times we got stood up, no call, no response, no install (REALLY??). I call customer service and are on hold for 45 minutes(EVERYTIME!!!), sorry Sir, lets try again...Second time SAME!!! Sorry Sir, we will have a Regional Manager call you...still waiting (3 weeks ago). Then they send the site survey bill and monthly service bill too!! The service has not been established, oops here is a bill for services not rendered. The level of indifference by this Company sores to great heights. If you want a horrible experience, like to waste your time, accomplish ZERO, this is the Propane supplier for you! AMERIGAS so concerned with selling services and with the Customer in mind? I think not, seek someone else, trust me you will thank me later.

Worse company ever second tank don’t work, even got a new regulator thinking it was that even bought a new grill a day later , there tanks don’t work a there number is disconnected. Don’t ever get a tank from them that’s all I could say WRONG so WRONG

0% Customer service. RIP OFFS. If you have any other option other then Amerigas... Use someone else. There customer service gets a negative 100. Worse experience in my life with a service company.

Went to one of their vending machines a fee days ago and ended up getting an empty one, went the nex day en paid to exchange it. Hooked it up to a fire pit, as soon as I turned the valve it starts leaking. Called Ameri Gas and they told me they were going to send a tech, never came. Called today after being on the phone for 24 minutes and being on hold for 20 of those 24, the person I spoke to tells me “after speaking with the department, what I can tell you is to call the hotline 9-11”. I was confused, and told here, its not leaking right now it fine, it just leaks when its open and the person tells me again, just call 9-11. I asked so are you going to send a tech or something and replied yeah yeah, call 9-11. Have a nice day and hung up. Terrible service and don’t even care for their customers. Terrible customer service.

the wost experiene ever! not sure how they make money as they never show up for appoinmets..and waste our time..appoinmemt was confirmed and reconfirmed and I waited from 12 noon -5 pm and its 5.11 pm now and no one answers the call or showed up!

Amerigas left an abandoned gas tank underground at my house. They charged me for a new above ground tank and left the old one with gas in it, with the lid unlocked. I have called service over 10 times at this point. It has been 4 months of trying to get someone to come clean out the old tank and nobody has called or emailed back as promised. I have now reported them as fraud with my credit card company because I was charged for this many months ago. Run as far away from this company as you can - highly recommend choosing Sam’s Gas instead!

Horrible and spiteful company. Gave them $400 to refill our tank and over the course of 8 months, they never came despite multiple emails and calls. They then tried charging their $70 or so maintenance fee for maintain exactly nothing. After another couple of phone calls and complaints, they finally came to refund us and remove their old tank ONLY TO BEND THE PROPANE LINE OUT OF SPITE. IF YOU WANTED TO BE KEPT AS A GAS COMPANY, MAYBE DO YOUR JOB. So glad we switched to Sams Gas. No more headache or heartache.

This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. Ordered propane on 6/27/2023 finally received a message on Wednesday 7/5/2023 saying my propane would be delivered on Thursday 7/6/2023 as of today Friday 7/7/2023 at 6:45pm I still do not have my propane delivery. Called but got someone in the Philippians who said they missed me but couldn't tell me when I would get my delivery. When this company was Heritage Propane of Mount Dora they were wonderful! Now this company "Amerigas" is terrible, they have let us run completely out two times since they have taken over. I am going to check into having some other propane company come in. If they can't hold up their end of the contract then the contract is void and I have the right to have someone else come in.

After repairing a gas line, I called for Amerigas to return to turn my gas back on after they turned the gas off because they said my gas line was damaged. They never spoke to me nor my daughter and it’s our account. Anyway we called on 4/27/23 and they said they could not come out until 5/3/23! I explained I have health issues and they still would not come out….this company is not a company you want to deal with!!!

Horrible service. Customer service is in the Philippines and they have awful coordination between themselves and the company in the US. Inefficient and completely lacking logistics. Neither the manager nor the pick-up driver read the order: the tank weighs 250 lbs. He came by himself and for the 5th time could not take it away. He said himself "They are awful".
