Amazon, my last order was great! Finally, I found a super orange lipstick on Amazon & they added for free a matching gloss product to the order! This gesture blew me away! Amazon on time, great packaging, which arrived just as promised! Thank you, Amazon! Just as I ran out of a food product, I looked on my porch, and Amazon had delivered! ?❤️ Lucille

Unsafe. They have no security outside. My catalytic converter was stolen from my car while inside working. It should be a guard on duty patrolling the parking areas. I think it's very careless for amazon to know thieves target there warehouses and they still haven't implemented the right security measures to ensure employees cars are safe while inside working.... Ruined my first week

DELIVERIES OVER THE PAST MONTH HAS BEEN LATE, LATE. NEXT DAY DELIVERY HAVE BEEN TAKING ABOUT 3 DAYS TO GET TO ME. 2 DAY DELIVERIES HAVE TAKEN AS MUCH AS 5 DAYS TO GET TO ME. AMAZON NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB OF DELIVERING FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY USE TO BE ON TIME, NOW IN GOOD WEATHER THEY ARE CONTINOUSLY LATE, THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR THE UPCOMING HOLIDAYS.

we are really unhappy with Amazon service. We paid for two items & we supposed to get delivery on 10 th. It was keep showing running late. Finally when we call Amazon they are saying packages are lost. Amazon should have some responsibility to let us know before we call you . Also we waited in the phone almost one hour to get our reimbursement process.Very dissatisfied prime member.
