I can't say enough good things about my experience at Hi Tech Orlando Auto Repair. Hassan, the owner, is truly one of the kindest and most humble mechanics I've ever met. From the moment I walked in, I could see how much pride he takes in his shop, and it really shows in his work.
He was quick to diagnose the issue with my Prius and kept me in the loop every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone so honest and upfront, and it made the whole process so much less stressful. Plus, the shop cat was super friendly, which just added to the great vibe!
I’m so glad I found a place I can trust, and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back if it ever needs more work. Thank you, Hassan, for your amazing service—I’m wishing you nothing but the best!

Hassan was amazing! As he called it, his shop is a “one man show” and he was still kind enough to squeeze us in and take a look at our vehicle same day. Excellent communication and very transparent with us about our vehicle . Thank you for such amazing service !

Was very impressed with how much cheaper it was here than anywhere else, gentleman offered almost 500 less than his competition. Work was completed fast and the guy was really nice, patient and knowledgeable. Would really recommend heading here.

**DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE** Horrible Service!! The guy swears he knows it all. He had the audacity to charge me $330 and didn’t even FIX MY AC. After he told me it was $125 for the diagnostic. He said bc he has his papers and license that he gets to charge that price. HE’S A COMPLETE RIP OFF. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL USING BAD LANGUAGE JUST BC YOU TELL HIM HES NOT RIGHT. CURSING IN HIS LANGUAGE. Tried telling me I needed to replace basically almost all my motor components besides the actual motor for an ac. Unbelievable don’t got come here at all he’s not gonna fix nothing. Gotta put him in his place with that ego.

Edit: It's sad you still think replacing an entire perfectly functioning exhaust system on a 54,000 mile car was right and necessary for this small of a repair, instead of just removing the current exhaust and having new flanges welded on with new bolts (like any other mechanic would have suggested, and what was done in the end), there was nothing actually wrong with the exhaust, it would've worked just as good, but just because of some rusty flange bolts, yeah lets just replace it, totally not salvageable at all...And when I had questioned you of this after taking it to an exhaust shop, still trying to get the original labor of the sensor performed by you, you gave me a snarky response about the exhaust over text because you knew I had caught you...but sure man, you only do the easy expensive jobs right?
Unfortunately I don't have much good to say. I believe the kid's name was Hussam who had worked on my vehicle? He was respectful and pretty quick, but just doesn't know enough. Luckily I escaped without a charge on my credit card
I took my 2008 Sonata a few months ago to him with a part I supplied and diagnosis from another shop with a pretty high part and labor quote of $1200, for him to fix for me. It did involve pretty extensive labor, I'm not sure on the price he had estimated me, but it was also pretty high...
Compared to the shop I had ended up taking it to, who completed the job with extensive labor for $300, now with no check engine light, and the emissions system monitor working properly. Back to Hi Tech
In this repair, it included dropping the exhaust from a flange in front of the gas tank, which also needed to be dropped. Hussam tried recommending a $700 catalytic converter, on a car with 54,000 miles....???
Hussam, seriously? If it really required a whole new exhaust system, can't just reuse the old cat resonator and muffler with welded flanges??
