Bait and switch. Thats what they do. The flooring I had put in the guy at the store showed me with a dime that he couldn't scratch it. He also put flammable liquid and lit a lighter to show it doesn't burn. Well my 1 year old scratch the floor with a plastic toy and I won't even try the fire test. The person who was supposed do the flooring never finished the job saying he'll be back and never did come back and took flooring that wasn't opened with him. Use this lousy company at your own risk.

Have floors replaced in all rooms of a house with hardwood flooring. Four years later water damage appeared in three rooms. Had two flooring companies with over forty years of experience looks at the floors and they indicated the damage was from the lack of a moisture barrier on the concrete slab.. The insurance company came out and inspected the floor and then had a water leak detection engineer inspect the damage and his conclusion was the issue was moisture damage coming from the slab as a result of the lack of the installation of a moisture barrier. All Flooring came out and said they were not responsible since the water was coming in from the exterior walls which is interesting since some of the damage was not by a wall. Yes we had some cracking on the outside walls but three professional painting companies indicated the existing cracks were not large enough to cause interior water damage. This company is a veteran owned company which is one reason we went with them since I am a veteran. The company absolutely refuses to do anything in regards to any type of compensation. I gave the review one star only because I had to select one star.

I do not I’m telling you do not go to the store this is the worst store ever they claim to help veterans but do not fall for that they’re far from nice or the lease they wanted to do is help veterans or customers. I just had the worst experience with the customer service and they call me names. They are very rude so I’m asking you to please do not do business with this people.
You just reply to my review, telling me all that Nonsense that makes no sense at all you guys are not that nice. You guys are mean your sales guy screwed at me on the phone so stop telling people that you guys are AAA because you guys are not, I have a veteran that was overcharged by you guys and I wanted to return seven boxes of tile and you guys did not want to take it so how’s that help? My client is 96 years old now he’s gone boxes that it cost at least $400 that he could use to pay his bills replying nicely because you guys are not

This is the second time I’ve used All American and I am very pleased with the installation. Will was very professional and installed the new flooring very quickly.
Kenny is always very helpful and he doesn’t overcharge! I highly recommend this company with no reservations!

I’m really glad I found these guys for our tile project. Kenny, Mario, and the rest of the guys got the perfect matched tile for our bedrooms from most of the house. The workers were very professional and kind. They put in a lot of great workmanship and quality to complete the project well. I recommend them for any tile or flooring project!

I worked with Sylvia at All Flooring USA on my large flooring project (4 rooms). She was so helpful and knowledgeable about various floor materials and was able to answer all of my questions.The installation team was the best ever. Not only did they do an outstanding job with installation but they were so conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day. The project took nearly three weeks to complete but these guys worked everyday (except for Easter and one other day). They tore up old flooring and replaced it with ceramic tile. Mario the project manager was present nearly every day to answer questions and check on progress. He is full of great suggestions and was very helpful. I cannot thank them enough for a great experience. I would recommend them over any other company.

All Flooring USA did an outstanding job on our large flooring project! We were updating every floor in our 3000 sq. ft. home. Kenny was very welcoming, helped us pick out the right flooring, quickly measured and provided a very competitive estimate. Mario was an awesome project manager who responded quickly to every question. He was on-site almost every day throughout the project. The installers were artists who worked very hard and transformed our home. We can't thank Kenny, Mario and the All Flooring USA team enough for a truly fantastic experience. I would recommend them highly!

We had the best experience with Kenny! He’s done 2 jobs for us and more than delivered both times. Wil did the install and was extremely helpful and thorough in doing great work. Kenny has given us great prices, great work, and a very positive experience. We will be using them again for another flooring job very soon!

All Flooring USA was incredible! Kenny, my first contact, was very knowledgeable about his products. He was very helpful in my decision. Next, Mario and his installation crew were amazing! My floors look beautiful. The job was done quickly and professionally. And Kenny and Mario were both in touch with me constantly, checking on things. The installers did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. Thanks you guys! I love my new floors! (And the pricing was very fair)
