Writing this review on behalf of my aunt. She is older so I help her with her responsibilities like taking care of her dog. Thought this place looked OK even though the bad reviews are very very concerning. I thought maybe the good could outweigh the bad. I was wrong. Upon dropping off my Auntie fur baby I immediately noticed there was roaches in the sitting area but I thought OK it’s Florida. It’s hot. I was very concerned and that already told me I should not come back but then I go and see the dog cut was so short and I was so mad. I understand when the dog is matted it gets shaves, but why are they so rough does not seem like they care. They were trying to get you to upgrade to a package or something. So expensive and the money make me not want to come back with my dog. I’m concerned for the cleanliness of the place if the lobby was already in that condition.

We just left our 8 month old French bulldog here while we were away for a week and she was happy as a clam when we returned. Everyone at All Creatures is so kind and caring. They did such great job with her bath as well. Recommend them for all of their services.

Amy did an amazing job!! Everyone was super friendly and my puppy was totally relaxed when I picked him up. He's not always a fan of going to groomers.

Absolutely love this establishment. We have been using them for yeaaaaaarrrsss! We have taken all of our 6 dogs there consistently and they always take such good care of them and their grooming services are top notch.

Excellent groomer! The guy (Kevin, I think?) who handled front desk reception was very understanding that I was about 20 minutes late. Very helpful and kind lad.I told his groomer, Monica to go with a shorter cut, as he plays outside a lot and I wanted to keep him cool! Also, I wanted to tame the shedding a bit.She exceeded my expectations with her work and told me if it wasn’t up to my standards, she was willing to cut it shorter.This shows me they stand behind their work and they do an excellent job!I’m gonna tell all my Retriever friends about this place!Only thing: Parking is pretty terrible and gets crowded in the afternoon. So, fair warning.

I have been bringing my dogs to All Creatures for the past three years after a terrible experience at the groomer we used to use. We love them! I can always get them in quickly, the staff is incredible, and they always look great. Most importantly, my dogs don't hate going! They walk right in and make themselves at home. I would recommend All Creatures to anyone! Bonus--I find them one of the most affordable options around.

Wonderful caring groomer. I would definitely recommend. Punctually was excellent. My Amber smelled wonderful after she had been groomed.
