We went to the store me and my 2 years old son. And I picked a pack of cherries, and when my son saw the cherries he wanted some so he reaches out for one or two maximum and he ate them. A woman from the staff there came to me and she was SO rude and said “we sell these by weight and by eating them you are practically stealing from us”!!! And this exactly when she heard us talking in a foreign language!! This woman was racist and she practiced racism in its best way she could on us !!
And thank god my mom was there with me she witnessed everything!!
Like is it okay to accuse people for stealing in this way???
I go to other big supermarkets and they display a big counter full of fruits and they ask you to give it to your kids for FREE!!!
I’m really upset and I felt so offended and went out frustrated and I wanted to cry feeling this way ! I’m not being dramatic but he is just a kid who wanted some cherries!!

Best prices, great selection!!! Awesome quality! I only know Aldi from one experience during the pandemic. I ordered delivery and the delivery prices were so outrageous, I connected it to the store.
However, a neighbor in the pool in Orlando told me to give it another try and said they have great prices.
Fast forward my visit to Regency Village (My favorite shopping center in Orlando)---WOW!!! Those avocados that I was buying at Publix between $1.70 and $2.00 is literally 0.69 or $0.89 here! What??? Bags of avocados are $4 versus almost $8 at Publix. They are truthfully about half the price of Publix in just about everything, fruit, vegetables, eggs, chicken.
Salad dressing again, $7 to $8 at Publix, under $3 here. Also great variety of different types of dressing.
They have half gallons of ice cream, again. Overpriced store mentioned about has name brand and generic at $7.09 or $8.00 for a half gallon, here... literally 2.69, cheaper than you would pay for a pint just about anywhere!
I was in absolute amazement when I had three bags of food and it was only $30! It was like stepping into a Time Capsule!!
Even if you don't live near one, I highly recommend you take the drive! Even with the gas prices high, there's no comparison in what you're going to save.

Been to an American Aldi for the first time. It is striking that it looks like the first Aldi in the Netherlands, everything in large boxes, etc. Well, shopping carts where you have to put a quarter in. Large range and cheap offers of various non-food items.
