As a veteran myself, this company is unacceptable in their business practices. THIS COMPANY IS A HOT MESS. Ordered $450 worth of merchandise from BJs Warehouse. It was picked up by AIT the day after shipping notification, from a BJs retail warehouse less than 1 hour from the delivery address. 3 weeks later and 8 calls to BJs, no one knew where the order went, supervisors reached out to AIT transport & logistics MULTIPLE times to find out why the order wasn't delivered despite it being scheduled by BJs over and over again. AIT HAD THE MERCHANDISE BUT WAS NOT DELIVERING IT. BJs didn't want to refund me the money at first because the merchandise had been picked up by AIT 2 DAYS AFTER IT WAS SHIPPED BY BJS, and should've arrived, but finally a BBB complaint AFTER 3 WEEKS OF FIGHTING FOR MY DELIVERY, got BJs executive team to realize there was a big problem. I was finally refunded. I called, emailed, complained, did surveys, anything I could to get AIT to communicate on where our order was PRIOR TO DEMANDING A REFUND. AIT never communicated with me, never responded to BJs no matter how many times the merchant and I tried to figure out what is going on. 48 hours after BJs executive team issued me a refund, suddenly AIT was interested in delivering the merchandise they had in their possession over 3 weeks. NOPE. I told them to take it up with the merchant because I was already refunded for lack of fulfillment. 3 weeks to deliver a few pallets of groceries less than 1 hour from where they picked it up. CLEARLY LOGISTICS ISN'T A STRONG SUIT FOR THIS COMPANY WITH 1 JOB TO DO- LOGISTICS.

Quite pleased with AIT logistical transport. Ordered a tv and was very happy with the entire experience. After reading some reviews, I was worried. The appointment was made via text to webpage and set up for next business day. The driver appeared confident, clean, and spoke English well. He used all safety precautions while unloading my tv. A few signatures and initials later on his paperwork, we were all set.

Looking at corporate reviews of AIT was disheartening. My experience was great for a logistic company. I was contacted a few days prior to delivery to set up date and time. The morning of delivery we received a text message that our tv was earlier than expected. We hate waiting around. Driver was very kind, his English was great and had us on our way in a few minutes. Looking in the truck cargo area, we noticed our tv was well strapped in and away from all the other cargo.

This company lied to me over the phone about my freight order. I had to take a day off from work to take delivery of my equipment. They supplied the time between 11-3 on a Monday. This is after they had previously failed to inform me with a delivery time and their driver called me from my house at 1:30pm on a Tuesday when most of America is at work. This required the Monday reschedule. I reinforced to them I had to take the day off. At 3:05 pm on that Monday with no delivery I called and inquired where my freight was.They explained someone had called me and told me their truck had broken down and they rescheduled with me. That was another lie. No one called me at all that day. No emails, no text, nothing. I ended up driving to the McCoy location to collect my freight. This company is less than reliable.
