A machine that I only used once and because my doctor never put in the request for pickup months ago now I'm getting billed for $600. When I'm sure they can just adjust the invoice.

Be aware of their billing practices. Signed up to do the payment plan option for the bill that was received. They processed one payment through the payment plan and the second payment they took the entire balance even though there was a payment plan on file. Called multiple times and was told disregard any notices you have a payment plan on file. Whelp, here we are payment plan on file and they took the full amount instead of the correct payment as noted in the plan.

The delivery was prompt and courteous. It was ordered the previous afternoon and I was notified the next morning that it would be delivered today. By noon the technician called to say he was on his way and minutes later arrived at my door with my snazzy new device. He took a few moments to point out features that I probably would not have noticed and left.The company said it would get the device to me quickly and kept that promise.

I had my first service call from Aero ( now Adapt ) today. I am new to the area, and was not sure what to expect. I received a phone call from a young man, Maurice, to let me know he was on the way--this was followed with a text message ( a welcome safety feature )- The nicest person, Maurice, introduced himself and greeted me with a happy and friendly "Hello Ms. Hall". Maurice looked at my oxygen concentrate machine and instantly knew the problem. Maurice corrected the problem in a matter of moments. He then made sure I knew how to use everything and was most patient in explaining it all and answering all my other questions.This service call was truly the nicest I have experienced !!Maurice is a fine young man working for a fine Company !I believe my re-locating to this area is going to work outjust fine.Most Sincerely,Henriette HallLexington, SC
