Will, from MRI, was wonderful! He talked me through my claustrophobic feeling when I first entered the MRI machine and kept me updated on the progress of the examination!Sade, RN, took great care of me! I only felt a little pressure when she started my IV.Highly recommend this site if you need an MRI!

MRI technologist Andrew Marco was nothing short of exceptional. His expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care created a positive and reassuring atmosphere, making the entire process significantly more comfortable. The AdventHealth and Orlando Health monopoly has destroyed healthcare in Orlando. You are basically at the mercy of never-ending prompts making it impossible to get ahold of anything. I knew once AdventHealth took over FRI, it would be a complete disaster. It is next to impossible to get records. They could careless and will ceaselessly transfer you from one individual to the other. You can protest to no avail because they know they will soon have bought out every center and you will have no where else to go. These big hospitals should not be able to command such power and are growing so big that, like the banks, they will be too big to control. Patient care has left the building and big business turned patients into nothing but streams of revenue.

I came to the front to check in for appointment very friendly person at the check in station and knowledgeable. The wait time was not that long and and the staff was very helpful.

Best MRI experience we’ve encounter. Took my 2yo to get an MRI, after a failed attempts at a different outpatient location where they where not prepared for a peds patient, this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived the staff was all very friendly trying to make my child as comfortable as she can be. Once we went to the exam room my child began to cry (bc she’s 2 and scared) but they had a life child specialist who was fantastic at helping me calm her down to be able to get the exam done. I was very impressed how fast of a turn around they had for results. 10/10 I will definelty return and recommend specially if your looking to get anything done for little kids.

Always a great experience at AdventHealth Imaging. Had a CT scan done with the CT imaging team. Irene always makes me feel comfortable and explains the test step by step. Extremely grateful for this team and their patient care skills. Also, want to give Kudos to the RN Nancy for getting a good IV on me for my test. She was extremely patient and skilled. ❤️

I visited the nuclear imagining side of the imaging center. I parked on the second floor. Made my way to the third floor where a gentleman instructed me to make my way to the bottom and visit registration. At registration a nice young lady with curly hair greeted me and helped me through the process. I don’t remember her name but she was very nice and said my name correctly which is hard for most people. When I left hours later she still said my name correctly. Without looking at any papers. She helped me register and led me to the area I had to walk down. I made my way and handed my paperwork to the ladies at the front. I took a seat and moments later one of the ladies came up to me and led me to the room where they would do my IV. Her name started with an H. She was very sweet. She tried her best to make me feel comfortable considering the situation. When she was able to successfully put the iv line in she got me a blanket and my nurse for the procedure came to take me back to the room. Kalyn was very nice. She made sure I was comfortable during the whole exam and offered ways to distract me such as watching a movie during the scan or listening my to music. She made sure to offer me bathroom breaks and constantly checked in on me to offer me updates of what is going on. Despite the situation AdventHealth made me feel comfortable and reassured. Plus free parking was an added bonus

I have been in healthcare since my early teens and have been fortunate enough to remain healthy, hence never needing to be on the receiving end of clinical care.My husband however has Stage IV Cancer and requires a lot of regular imaging, typically in a crisis situation. Adventhealth Orlando Imaging is quick to accommodate his needs. The staff has a sense of urgency, they are polite and ensure he is comfortable at all times.The technology is state of the art, which brings great peace of mind when properly diagnosing is critical.There isn't anywhere else we'd want to go for our imaging needs! Thank you all so much for the stellar care and prompt assistance, you'll never know what it means when navigating a complicated illness. Much love to you and the team.Michelle & Mick.

I had am amazing experience in MRI at Orlando. The registration and Imaging team were wonderful. My technologist was diligent and caring and the didn't even feel the IV stick either. Great team!
