Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Waiting time for CT scan was great, in fact they took me in early. The tech was experienced and, helpful, and understanding. The facility is brand new looking, clean, modern, and bright.

I was very pleased with everything from beginning to end the front desk representative were wonderfully kind my technician for the ultrasound Desiree and I unfortunately don't know the other girl's name but they were so sweet and kind and open I would definitely come back there again I give this a five-star rating plus five more!

Beautiful atmosphere. Great staff. I was taken quickly. Pleasure going to Innovation Tower. Noticed the high tech equipment. Very clean. Good to have a garage and not have to park outside.

I went in for my mammogram and was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. Everyone was kind and efficient. Parking was easy.

My primary doc is a member of the Advent group and she prescribed x-rays to help diagnose back pain issues. I received an email from Advent which allowed me to choose from nearby imaging facilities and then immediately schedule an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment very easily for an appointment in 2 days at the AdventHealth Imaging Center Innovation Tower. The office is brand new and located adjacent to the AdventHealth Orlando Hospital campus. Parking was easy (hundreds of available garage spaces), it’s a BEAUTIFUL first floor facility, the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, and I was checked in immediately. I only had the chance to “experience” the lovely floor ceiling windowed waiting area for 2 minutes before I was called in to be X-rayed. The technicians were professional, upbeat/fun and efficient. I really had not expected to enjoy my x-ray appointment so much! Well done Advent!!

Excellent service from the time we entered the Innovation Building until our departure. First, I must say that the building was well designed & seating was comfortable in the waiting area.Upon entering the building, we were pleasantly greeted, wait time was minimum, as well as processing the orders & directing us to another waiting area.Casey was the best in explaining the 3 tests ordered by Dr & put our minds at ease. My husband was delighted that Casey was able to insert the IV on the first attempt & no pain was felt.After the testing was completed, Casey walked him back to the waiting area & spoke briefly to me. We then departed the building but not before the ladies at the check-in/processing desk said goodbye.Parking garage was easy to navigate.

I recently had an ultrasound & X-ray @ AdventHealth Imaging. I had very little wait time for my appointments. Very professional, courteous staff.
