This company is very difficult when it comes to communication. They are pushy and do not listen to what the patient has to say. I am writing on behalf of my husband who has chronic kidney failure. This company provides one of his medications for which there is no generic equivalent currently. This medication is astronomically expensive (approx $900/month). For a 30 day supply (once daily) our copay was $100. His doctor recently decreased his dosage to three times per week and the copay is still $94. When he asked the person who called to remind him he need to refill his RX (they are more than happy to do this) about this her response was "you will have to talk to your insurance company". How's that for customer service????? Why would a 12 day supply of this medication be just under the same price as a 30 day supply? And big pharma wants us to think they are not taking advantage of us.

Ordering medication from this company is a complete nightmare. They email you and tell you it's time to order your medication, but when you call they will say, it's not time. OMG get it together. Don't ever call them in the morning or you will get a very snappy acting representative. The evening representatives are much nicer by far. If I had to deal with sick people that are trying to order their medications, I would really make an assertive effort to, at least, be nice. The woman that took my call this morning was so nasty, I just had to hang up on her from getting more upset over her nasty behavior.

I called the # to this and some foreigners answered and I thought I was paying a co payment for a prescription well they said something about a Walmart gift card after they got my card # and took $45 off it you should check your #'s

DO NOT USE. These people lied to us on numerous occasions which cost me over two thousand dollars reimbursement from my secondary insurance. They also told me I had no copay and then three months later billed me for another two thousand dollars. I’ve dealt with numerous specialty pharmacies before, but this one was easily the worst. I would never use them again ever and I’m trying to save anyone else from making the same mistake I made.

I have MS and previously used a different pharmacy for me DMD (disease- modifying drug) Making a switch to ACS Pharmacy has been AWESOME! I don't have to keep an eye on my refrigerated injections to know when to call for a refill - they call me, which is fabulous as there are too many rx to watch. A nurse or pharmacist is always available (during business hours of 8-8pm, Sat until I believe 2, closed Sunday) for questions and advice.Additionally, they keep track of your medical specialist and contact them for refills as needed. They also track current meds for possible interactions.Everyone over the past several years has been friendly, patient, kind, and professional. Deliveries are quick and proper handling instructions for meds is always done correctly (mine must be kept cold and there is an included card which color indicates if it EVER got too warm!)Anyone needing specialty medications I urge you to use ACS Pharmacy. In my 12 years of experience, they are the best! ? ?

I've never had any problems with this pharmacy. Always on time with delivery, nurse calls and checks on how things are. Unless they close I will not change pharmacies

ACS has been wonderful for me. I take a specialized drug and they call every month to see if I have enough. (I think) they also check me for side effects. I think they're great!

ACS took over my pharmacy that closed and sent out a letter stating it would be a "seamless transition". It has been anything but. They claim to have not received any records from my old pharmacy. I have called 5 times with the information and each time I call ACS says, "We don't have any notes on you." Then they claim they have left multiple messages for my doctor's office to obtain the prescription. My doctor's nurse tells me no one ever called. My nurse is now switching all her patients to a different pharmacy. ACS's loss...the prescription I use is really expensive!

I have never encountered a business so difficult to do business with. In fairness, they later explained that they are only following FDA rules. The 1st time the FDA mandated questions and cautions are OK - but the same ones over and over again - are about as effective as the flight attendant speech at the beginning of every flight. The people Do try to be nice. So this is probably the same at every specialty pharmacy. I DO understand the power of these drugs.
