Google sponsored ad says it closes at 9pm on Sundays, but it closes at 7pm. They kick you out in a rude way, not allowing to finish your shopping.
You know those employeea who just want to leave at all cost without helping out.

ASHLEY IS BAD FOR BUSINESS. Rude & very u professional. I had a horrible experience here. I called in to see if they had a pair of sneakers in the correct size. The associate on the phone starts to ask me for the article # i provide her with the Article # she tells me she can’t the item in her system. I explain to her where in the store i got them from i told her they were next to the women’s clothing, she clearly got irritated and started to be very Rude and said “so they are women’s sneakers I ASKED YOU IF THEY WERE WOMEN OR MENS”. I than aed Can i please speak to a manager, she says my name is Ashley and I am the Manager and the only Manager in the store. Than continued to put me on hold. When she got back she said she did not have them in stock and i calmly let her know that she should be educated on the items that they sell because the item has a picture of a boy and a girl on the box stating that it is a unisex item. She than cuts me off and says we don’t have them anyways so goodbye. And hung up. I called the store back she answered, i asked if i can speak to anyone that is not rude, she said mocked me repeated everything i said “she said can i please speak to anyone that is not rude” and started laughing. I than asked the associate for all the info to file a complaint and than Ashley gets back on the phone and is refusing to give me the number to whom i may file a complaint against her, she starts saying i was just trying to help i told her no she is very u professional that is not how you treat customer and may i please get the number she still wouldn’t give me the number up until i said “okay i guess I’ll write this on the complaint as well that Ashley is refusing to give me the number, “ than she gave me the number and hung up.
