We have the pleasure of having season tickets for men’s basketball in the black and gold club. I highly recommend getting some if you love to follow the Knights. You have your own entrance across the street from Burger U and you walk right into the food hall. Inside you’ll have a carving station, salads, fruits, hot dog station, desserts like cookies and ice cream. Fresh popcorn and a full bar. You can walk right out to your seats easily and enjoy the game. Staff is helpful and nice. Stadium is clean.

What a beautiful college campus! What I loved about this arena was it was bordered by two streets of restaurants and coffee shops. Plenty of parking garages. It was a breeze to get in and out after the show. The arena itself was very nice but cellphone signal was almost non-existent once you entered the building which made it difficult to access our tickets. Just be prepared! Very easy to move around inside and seats were normal stadium seats. My only complaint was not enough soda and snack locations which meant the lines were long and honestly I gave up. Definitely a missed opportunity for revenue and maybe some upset guests. The good news is they had water fountains. I would still attend another event in a heartbeat. It was a beautiful location and well worth my 3 hour drive each way!

Our first time here to see Gabriel Iglesias at the Don't Worry Be Fluffy Tour. Very nice arena, ample parking. The UCF campus is very nice. Excellent venue, I would come back for another event.

The Door workers needed to be more familiar with the Arena seating....they caused us too many unnecessary steps( my friend was disabled with a cane) & wasted waiting time. It could've been a little more organized but never the less "The Reunion Tour" was absolutely AMAZING.

We have been here numerous times from High School graduations to UCF basketball games, in door woman’s soccer and now Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias. The venue is always clean and the service throughout the venue is always pleasant.

Comedy Show was excellent , Location and Alot of Parking made it easier to get there. Went to see Gabriel Iglesias “Fluffy “ and the staff is very helpful easy to find seats.

Hosted the Fluffy event and it was absolutely Amazing!Bathrooms were easily accessible and so were the concession stands. Very clean and organized. Every team member was attentive for safety and clearly cared to check on everyone constantly.Fantastic venue for events!

Very clean and nice arena for its size! Facilities were spotless, security was kind but their scanning machines kept beeping randomly, making the lines longer.

Went for my child's graduation ceremony at UCF 08.05.2023 the parking is far to the entrance you must go early. The place is so nice we'll organized plenty of security staff, places to eat around it, ? ?

Had a very memorable experience during my daughters high school graduation. We rented a suite, and even had a beautiful arrangement of food waiting for us upon our arrival. My family was so impressed and I was so grateful to have such a good experience due to the wonderful staff at the arena. Each event I have attended has been a positive experience at this venue.

Good size arena. The pictures show a graduating class of over 600 people and their families didn't even fill up the auditorium. Lots of concessions available and the staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaints: there should be more trash cans available. Most people won't carry their trash looking for a bin (like we did) and we saw a lot of trash on the floor as we were leaving. Also, the seats were not built for comfort.

This is an impressive venue. It accommodates a ton of people and does so efficiently. There are plenty of restrooms situated throughout the levels. Smart. Very smart.
