Took my daughters suv to have a flat tire checked out. Mona Lisa got one of the mechanics to check it out. 2 of them checked the tire for about 15 minutes finding nothing wrong. They put the tire back on and put the spare away. I asked her how much and she said nothing, WOW. Living in Miami and my daughters in Orlando I have to come up every time somethings wrong with their cars. Last time had a bad experience with another shop so I came here. The service and professionalism was awesome. I told Monalisa that they just got a new customer. I told my girls that whenever they need anything to go see her. Thank you so much. I feel at ease knowing you’ll look after them. ??

I got my tires put on here and they did a great job. Exceptional service from Marianna. Going to a tire store, you don’t expect much but she was a pleasant surprise. Next time i need tires I will be back.

Went to get a tire checked due to a nail being jammed in the tire, Mona Lisa had my car checked nail removed and back on the road in couple minutes amazing service would recommend and will return!

My husband and I have been coming here for our tires and other services. When he passed away I couldn’t remember but I thought we needed brakes on the car. I took the car to Mavis and had them check the brakes out. They could have sold me a brake job, but they checked them out and found that I had plenty of life left on the brakes. I was in and out in just a short time. It is nice to know that there are still honest service departments around. Thank you Mavis Tire for being honest and reliable. .

Went to get an estimate on 2 tires was greeted by a very pleasant lady she introduced herself as Mariana gave me an excellent price on 2 tires so I decided to go for 4 tires instead And the tires were replaced quickly even though it was getting close to store closing time. I was super satisfied with the service and experience while waiting. Thank you Mariana.

Guys do me a favor and stay far away from this place. I went for an alignment and waited 1.5 hours until they said oh the bolt seized we can’t do the alignment. Whatever the hell they tried to loosen they left it loose and never tightened after. 2 days later I come to another shop in Kissimmee and he showed me the trash work they did and he was able to fix the screw in literally 2 minutes and do the proper alignment. That place only wants to rob you of money. They said I need a new serpentine belt and it’s cracked I changed it and the mechanic said there was nothing wrong at all with it. They just want to hit their goals to get a bonus and rob customers of their money so their pockets are full.

Had a fantastic experience at this location earlier this morning. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online the night before and the team was able to complete the order very quickly.
