Employees are fantastic. Great service and prompt with a smile. But the prices are exorbitant! Over $8 for a pair of pants or a shirt? That's insane. This is not Manhattan. How about cutting out the free popcorn and free water and lower your prices? You have lost a customer with your price increases.

Do yourself a favor, look at the low score on reviews with Yelp and here on Google. Horrible service, dishonest practices, and a manager with 0 customer relations skills. Please find another cleaners. I would say a better cleaners, but I can’t imagine any worse.

Avoid this poor excuse for a dry cleaner. Poor quality work, unresponsive to repeated requests, huge staff turn over, and as of now intentionally add false and non-approved charges. I dropped off on 6/7/23 4 ties, and approximately 7-8 shirts. When I picked up on Friday 6/8/23, I was not quoted an amount. I was charged on my card, came home and hung my bagged clothing. Today 6/12, I am organizing my closet and I see I was charged $115.35 on my credit card. So I start looking. I was charged $15.77 per tie, why you may ask, because they fraudulently added alteration charges to each tie. Are you kidding me? No alterations were requested or needed. So I drive to their downtown Orlando location. Employees could have cared less. I asked for the manager or owner, I was told they are not available. Please do yourself a favor, don't use these cleaners. Using the cleaners closest to your home is not a good decision, as this experience shows me. As I am writing this I just got a call from a person identifying herself as the manager. Talk about knowing where the problem originates. She called me up to lie, insult me, tell me my "standards" are to high to be met. Well considering you currently have 3 stars as your average rating, it is not I have HIGH standards, but that I have them at all. The owner would be well served changing out this "manager"!Update after owner's response: First, learn to read, I said "when I picked up on Friday 6/9/23, I was not quoted an amount" nothing about quote when I dropped off. If you spent as much time responding to reviews with lies, as you did providing a great product and services, your reviews on multiple platforms would not be so bad. You have a problem, and until you admit it, it won't be fixed. You remind me of an addict who can't stop the addiction, until they admit to the problem. I will find another dry cleaner, finding a better one will be easy. You have my phone number, if you REALLY wanted to resolve this, you could have called. Btw here is a photo of your alterations/repairs, lol, right.

If you get it in by 9:00, you can get it out by that afternoon! They are my go-to cleaners for Central Florida.

I would like to say this business is 10 stars. I had some clothes for my friends wedding party to stem iron last minute and Crystal and ACM Cleaners came in clutch and delivered above and beyond service. I went 7 am as they open and they notified me that I will receive back my clothing by 12pm but got it 2 hours earlier. I will recommended this dry cleaners to anyone. After years of taking my laundry to Acme, it has been disappointed on the quality and customer service. The shirts were coming out of the laundry dirtier than coming in, specially white shirts. They re do some shirts and was getting worst. When I brought it up the answer was, "we can not sure they will come out clean". Not taking my cloth there any longer, bad quality and horrible customer service.

Real terrible people they have working here, I got a job here and loved every second of it and my fellow employees, the second I mentioned that I had epilepsy it was a problem all the sudden and everything changed. Everything was going PERFECT, I was learning everything that I would need to know there and enjoying my time. That was until I told Crystal or Krystal that I had epilepsy, when I told her, her attitude immediately changed and she told me "that would be a problem because I would be working by myself sometimes" I said it wouldn't be a problem to anybody except her. The very next morning probably within 3 hours of being on the clock since I told her that I had Epilepsy she came in and told me "it's not gonna work out" without any reason other than "I need to work by myself sometimes" even though I had already told everybody I was able to work alone like I have before with multiple other jobs. They tell me over and over I wasn't fired because of the epilepsy but them and I both know it's just to save their own a** because it's completely illegal to fire somebody for a disability such as epilepsy. I called the man that hired me, the owner of the company for an explanation where he told me "epilepsy is not a reason to be fired" and that he would "figure it out for me, and call her" I never even got a call back from him explaining anything. So whatever story it was that Krystal made up to him who knows... but I do know I did absolutely nothing to warrant me getting fired, the only thing I did was smile and my job. If I would've never mention that I had epilepsy I would bet my whole life that I would have never gotten fired and I would still have my job. So let me give you a tip if you plan on getting a job here. DONT TELL THEM YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF DISABILITY WHETHER IT EFFECTS YOUR WORKING OR NOT BECAUSE THEY WILL FIRE YOU FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE. Pretty disgusting that a professional company would treat employees this way. Also, if you saw where they brought your clothes.. you probably would think twice. It is completely disgusting, they've had rat problems multiple times before so.. what does that tell you? I've already filed with EEOC so I doubt this is the last I hear of them. unfortunately.

Brought a suit in to get cleaned and pointed out a spot on the back of the jacket that I wanted to (hopefully) get removed. When I initially got the suit back the spot was still there and there was no explanation (e.g. a note saying "we couldn't get it out"). So I brought the suit back and they were really nice about it and said they would clean it again for free. When I got it back the second time the spot was gone. The service is good here and I would definitely use them again.

First, I want to start off with the good things about this dry cleaners. The staff is very friendly, they offer you water and a newspaper to take with you. The pricing is absolutely unacceptable. I had a jumpsuit dry cleaned, the girl stated it would be 10 to $12 instead it was $20 the jump suit only cost 60. In total I had 8 pieces dry cleaned and my bill was a $100. I will not be going back to this dry cleaners for the fact that they are overpriced. If you don't mind paying more they're a great option but I feel there are other companies out there that will charge a fair price and give you the same quality type work.

One of the few dry cleaners in town with true drive thru service, a 24 hour drop box, and an in-house shoe repair. Check them out if your short on time and love convenience!

I am a regular customer getting my dry cleaning at Acme once per week. I usually use the Ridgewood branch which is close to my home.The staff is always professional and friendly but today their service was above and beyond. As I pulled in Lindsey brought my dry cleaning to the car before my wheels are even stopped rolling. She didn’t have to ask my name!There is a constant stream of customers all day and I don’t know how she remembered, but this was service at its very best.B Thomas
