First visit to this store. I shop at Ace because of the great selection and customer service. Unfortunately, this time, after looking through entire store, selecting $35 of products to walk home with, I was told no cash accepted. It a was getting close to closing, but they need a sign or at least inform shoppers. Very disappointing. Not what I call customer service ?

I am a loyal Ace customer but not at the College Park location. This will now be my new store of choice thanks to the kindness and warm hospitality from the staff. The ladies working the afternoon shift today were very helpful and then Tim went out of his way to solve a problem for me that could have cost me a lot more time and money. Thank you Tim and the entire staff.
I also noticed that the locals don’t rush in and out right away. There were a number of patrons that took their time to talk to the staff and catch up on latest happenings. The store has a great vibe and a real small-town, welcoming feel. I will definitely be back soon and often.

Something for every project, really helpful staff, convenient location. This store is my goto for 99% of my hardware needs. Well stocked even just before a hurricane.

Showed product available online. I ordered and paid for it. Drove across town to learn they cancelled my order because they sold out. Terrible. Should not have shown available online. The store near me showed out of stock.

Ace is not only close to my home but every visit is met with friendly quick, helpful, and knowledgeable people. I use ace for as many of my home care needs as I can as I know I am going to be treated well and get what I need quickly.

When we walked in I spoke first then the African American guy was the one who helped get 4 40lb bags of salt for well and I had $10 get off coupon they wouldn't honor so had to buy two other items and then pay almost 50 bucks still out of pocket ...I just don't understand why company don't honor their coupons

What is advertised as available online at their store location is not accurate and is not in store at all. They will not order for it to be shipped at a closer store.
