This is the second time we stayed, we returned because the first time was an overnight and we felt we did not get the full experience. For a mid price point, we absolutely loved it. The lobby is clean with excellent staff that made us feel welcome on check in, check out and each time we passed through the lobby. Customer service was above and beyond our expectations. Once we were checked in, the front desk called up to our room to tell me about amenities available to us that he forgot to mention. We really appreciated the service and although I forgot his name, he was working on the evening of Oct 29th. We were given a room that had a view of the fireworks. Thank you. The hotel feels very safe (two women travelling), with well lit exterior and key card required to access upper floors. The rooms are roomy, clean, and upkept daily. The beds are comfortable, with comfortable pillows (unheard of, right?). The air con is facing a side wall so the vent is not blasting on you all night. Small details that really make sense. There was no banging doors or hallway noise to disturb your sleep. In fact, we slept great. The hotel is well located at the Disney property entrance, is a 7ish min drive to Disney Springs and close enough to Universal Studios. It is a good mid point hotel. They offer shuttle service to parks and Disney Springs but not multiples a day. One in the morning, one in the evening. Hotel location although great, has one con, that is construction on road leading to it so you have to pass hotel and u turn and the light takes forever but that is not a hotel issue. Another con is that there is no CVS or Walgreens nearby for snacks and waters although the hotel sells in the lobby. There is a pool, business center, gym, and resto and bar on site but we did not use any of those amenities. Overall, we loved the vibe, and will definitely stay again without hesitation.

Big thank you to Destiny at the front desk! She made our check in seamless. Her knowledge of the parks and shuttle were extremely helpful.
Rooms: Large rooms with plenty of space for luggage. The shelves at the entrance are a huge help.

This hotel is fantastic. Extremely clean, welcoming, the restaurant served great dinners and breakfast. In particular, Catherine who welcomed me, checked me in, and made sure everything was properly set up for my stay was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Catherine for a wonderful stay

Charged me 115 dollars for parking fee but I didn’t drive at all during my stay, I took Uber everyday. They are cheating money from their customers. DO NOT STAY HERE, but if you must, be sure to check your credit card statement.
The owner’s response is a lie. No staff member asked me about parking when I checked in, nor did anyone confirm any charges with me when I checked out. After the incident, I called the hotel, and the first time, the staff told me that the manager was not in the office that day and would call me back the next day. However, no one called me back. So, I called again, and once again, a front
desk employee answered, consulted the manager, and promised a refund. The manager refused to speak with me directly from beginning to end, and no one apologized. This hotel, from top to bottom, consists of people who disregard their customers and lie without hesitation.

Unfortunately, we were there to ride out a hurricane that was bearing down on our local area. The location was fine, right off the highway, and easy to access. Parking was fine as well. The front desk personnel were great and extremely accommodating.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was great about taking care of any issues.
Overall, the experience as it was turned out very well.
There were a couple of issues.
The AC: They have a strange thermostat. It doesn't work like any I've ever used. It took a supervisor to show us, and his maintenance person, how to set it. Might be nice to have instructions included in the room.
Restaurant: They have a great bar, but only a small food service area that serves what one bartender referred to as "bar food". Even they recommend going off-site for real food.
(There is a Waffle House in the same parking lot as the hotel, and several full service restaurants within a mile either way of the hotel.)
Emergency Generator: We'll, there isn't one. For a Marriott Hotel, I was a bit surprised, and since evacuation was the primary reason for being there, it was a bit disappointing. Also, while we're both over 60, we're still healthy. I am concerned that those who can not climb or descend stairs should a fire break out or the power, and subsequently, the elevators stop working would be unable to safely exit the structure.
Other than those 2 things, I found the hotel to be excellent and the hotel staff outstanding,
They were pet friendly for the evacuees, and the rates were more than reasonable.
And if you're a Mickey fan, they are close to Disney Springs.
We will definitely stay with them again.

The hotel is good. It has a very good location for those who want to enjoy the parks. Parking is always available, but it is not free.
It is clean, well maintained, a very, very good European-style breakfast with a variety of excellent quality cold cuts, fruits, yogurts, freshly made hot dishes, juices, very good Starbucks coffee, milk only ice cream in the American style. There is coffee from a machine with only 3 capsule options. There are juice and iced tea options.
We have stayed at other units in the chain and breakfast is the highlight of this hotel.
Friendly and efficient reception service, more “mechanical” breakfast service.
Telephone requests to reception are efficient when we request something.
The hotel charges a parking fee of 18 dollars per day, which we found to be quite expensive.
Rooms: Good size. Comfortable. Clean.
Nearby activities: Many shops, restaurants, very close to the main parks.
Walkability: It's not possible to walk. In front of a highway.
Food and drinks: The breakfast is a 10!
At the reception there is a convenience with some snacks, various ready-made snacks, cookies, juices, soft drinks, water….

Rooms: I find it very good that the rooms have no carpet. :)

long time ago i stayed at the radisson hotel when it used to be here in the same place location now is ac hotel orlando nice hotel near the giftshop and near waffle house.

Highly recommend staying at AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista. Our room was alwasy clean with updated amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were also located fairly close to the Disney World parks and Disney Springs, about a 10-15 minute drive or less. The hotel is also located near an outlet mall, so I was also able to get some shopping done! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here the next time we visit.
Some minor issues to be aware of which didn't bother us, but are worth mentioning: the AC unit can be a little loud (but not enough to disturb our sleep) and the morning breakfast selection is not worth the cost (after trying it once, we opted to try out local restaurants for brunch or skip breakfast to eat a bigger lunch).

Great hotel, perfect location for parks, breakfast for a little more is pretty good, prosciutto, manchego, etc. Bar cocktails are good too.
