First of all, I’ve been going to this store for years and have seen people with kids in there, Father’s Day, myself and my grandson go in there to purchase a Father’s Day gift. When I was looking at the product I was approached ( mind you not one time did this worker tell me my grandson shouldn’t be in there) she asked what was I doing?! Bish I’m in a store looking to buy something. Go up to the counter to ask for a price, this b tells me she’s not selling to me because my grandson helped me located something by pointing, not touching anything!! You are rude and you n the wrong profession and one day you’re going to say something to the wrong person!! I will not ever shop at your store ever again, get people that are more experienced with working with the public, especially people of color!!

Rude manager. Followed me around like I was going to steal. I would shop at another location if you can, or if you are of color, be prepared to be followed and treated like a criminal!

First off staff was hilarious ? we were cracking jokes and they pass the vibe check just saying. Second they have a nice selection of booze and haven't overpriced it like a lot of places in Florida third they have a good selection of cigars and we're super informative and helpful when choosing 10/10 would recommend

Wanted to tell cooperate that the store manager Angela is not a nice person she belittles people have a nasty attitude much not appreciate by customers or me! Every time I go there she gives me an attitude not nice
On the other hand the employees are super nice respectful especially Aurora/Christel/Ron
My best is Aurora kudos to her
Hope Cooperate or Angela district manager her Angela in her place please

Ralph is complete trash! Store has signs about specials and he did not honor them. He says they are old & can’t honor them, yet they are still displayed. Poor customer service & will never return to this location.

The people who work in this store have a very bad way of dealing with customers, this is not the first time this has happened to me in this place.
