Wish I read the reviews before going there.. bad milk came back to hotel with 4 coffees milk all bad… but if I wanted to listen to loud music st 7am I went to the right place. 7 eleven corp should pull there franchise

I’m surprised this location is even open. Today is May 30th, 2024, my first time in this location, and this is what the ice machine looks like. It’s fully covered in mold.

Gross. Restroom was filthy. No paper towel and hand dryer did not work. Windshield washer devices were in terrible condition and did not clean the windows. Very disappointed in a station in this location.

This place is CROOKED!!! I spent $7.48 on a snack size bag of Doritos and one Monster. It wasn't until I drove away that I thought that seemed pricey. So I looked closer at how the guy rang me up. He charged me for TWO monsters---apparently as part of some deal---which was $6.58---and then did some shady price adjustment thing to subtract $2.08. That equals $4.50 for ONE Monster...which is at least eighty cents more than the most I have EVER paid for one. He also had an attitude when he rang me up. I wasn't in the best of moods anyway, but he sort of snarkily asked "You good?", and when I nodded 'yes', he asked if I spoke Spanish. Why would that be of any concern? Because of the location (corner of I-drive, and close to the Convention Center), this place will assuredly never hurt for business. But it will NEVER have mine again! I'm only posting this to warn others.

The manager of this place is completely RUDE! Because my payment didn’t go through properly he didn’t say anything at first then when I asked for a receipt he said it didn’t go through, so I said i’m checking my bank account, So he proceeded to instruct me not to steal the product before it went through, I said I’m not stealing I’m checking my bank account so I can pass it through then I Said don’t be so** Rude so he kicked me out of the store and said get the hell out of here! I tried with him and say sorry, but it didn’t matter, although he was still super rude from the beginning till the end, and he proceeded to kick me out. I will never ever go again, This is grounds for a lawsuit in customer discrimination!

Solid 7-11 location. The owner was reallt nice and made some great coffee. Had everything you would need at a convenience store.

I came in the store and asked the RUDE associate, Indian, younger guy, did they have any buffalo wings. This is my second Incident, with this guy. He rudley says, Do You See Any? I ask do you have any in the back, and says he will check. So I go to restroom, come back, and ask did you find any? He says, I TOLD YOU NO! So I say to him, everytime I ask u a simple question, your always respond rude a$$ @#$%. He says, If u don't like it, dont come back to my store. Mind you, all this for some wings. In the end, he refused to allow me to buy the wings and told me to get out of his store. Oh but told me I could have the drunk on the house. Yeah right, smelled like a setup to me. Happened today at 11:50pm on sept.8 2023. Will never return to this store, the younger indian guy is horrible. Customer service is horrible, and bathrooms never have soap or toilet paper. Watch this guy, pretty sure he's the type to spit in your food.

Tried chips from here, but I didn’t like them. I tried to return them for another item or a refund. They refused to give me either since I opened the chip bag and tried them. Ridiculous.
